If I could give zero stars, I’d hand-deliver them myself.
We popped in around 9:30 p.m. after a movie, just hoping to grab some wings and not lose years off our lives in the process. Spoiler alert: only one of those things happened.
First clue that things were off? Half the drink machine was “out of order.” Not ideal, but okay. I went for Coke Zero — what I got was full-sugar root beer. I tried the actual root beer button next. Still root beer. Tried Diet Coke — finally, something that wasn't lying to me. As a type 1 diabetic, this could’ve turned into a very different kind of Yelp review. Life-threatening soda roulette is not what I signed up for.
Then we waited. And waited. And waited. Thirty minutes in, we asked about our food, and the cashier gave us the universal fast-food stall tactic: “Just waiting on the sides.” Ma’am, are the sides being flown in from Idaho? Because you’ve said that same line to everyone here like you're rehearsing for a play called Waiting for Fries.
Meanwhile, the DoorDash orders are flying out the door like it’s a chicken wing stock market crash. Apparently, if you want to eat food from here in under an hour, you need to be a delivery driver.
At 10:15 — 40 minutes after we ordered — we finally got our food. The wings were lukewarm, soggy, and tasted like regret. The fries were actually good, which almost made me more upset. Like a toxic relationship, they gave me just enough to keep me wondering...
Read moreThe good: really good blue cheese, and really good ranch dressing. The food overall is good. However, the bone in wings are quite small.
The bad: I came in during my lunch break and placed a dine in order. It took 25 minutes to receive my food. There was no warning at the time it would take. Given the Wingstop commercials and website and overall store appearance, I assumed that the service would be faster.
The ugly: multiple employees sitting on their cell phones which makes long wait times for food even more frustrating. This restaurant is brand new and has only been open for two months however, as other reviewers have mentioned, the bathrooms are still out of order. With no way for customers to wash their hands prior to eating or after eating. This is not ideal for an establishment that sells chicken wings covered in sauces. Additionally, the music was so loud. I love some early 2000s hip-hop and R&B just as much as the next guy, but I don’t need to have flashbacks to the club and the lyrics skeet skeet skeet skeet skeet skeet playing while I’m trying to enjoy my chicken wing covered in...

Our experience at this Wing Stop was extremely disappointing, and we won’t be returning. We placed an online order totaling $84, including a $15 tip, only to receive cold food and an incomplete order. Specifically, we ordered 15 chicken tenders and only received 5.
When I called the restaurant to report the missing items, the person who answered (and later identified himself as the manager) was very rude. Before I could fully explain, he interrupted with, "Ah nah, we ain't doing this," and insisted that everything was there because he was the one who prepared it. His tone and refusal to listen added to the frustration as paying customers.
When I called back to speak to the manager, I was surprised to hear the same individual, who then bluntly refused to tell me his name.
While I understand that we were both frustrated—I was understandably annoyed to have spent over $80 on an incomplete order—the disrespectful response from the "manager" and the lack of accountability were unacceptable. We won’t be visiting this...
