Our first time dining in at East Coast Wings + Grill and it won't be our last ! Pictured is our order which consisted of: Buffalo Chicken Dip, Honey Garlic Boneless Wings, Bacon Ranch Boneless Wings, Onion Rings and Sweet Potato Fries w/ Cinnamon Honey Dip. Buffalo Chicken Dip was good. Chips had were made in house, sprinkled with a seasoning that you could see and taste. The dip served in a cast iron pan was creamy, cheesy and delicious. Only small complaint was I found it hard to find or even taste chicken. The spice from the seeds of peppers could have masked it but maybe more chicken or just bigger chicken pieces would have been nice. Boneless wings were BIG, fresh and a nice initial bite. Sauce was plentiful, plenty of blue cheese for dipping. The honey garlic had a hint of a familiar asian flavor we have had before and the bacon ranch had a nice crunch and saltiness to it. Onion rings were large, crispy and had thick onion rings dipped in a nice batter. The sweet potato fries were sprinkled with cinnamon, crispy and served with a delicious dipping sauce the waitress told us consisted of a sour cream base, cinnamon and honey. Service was great. Drink refills were brought without asking, napkins and utensils were at the ready, table and establishment was clean and a overall great experience for our first time. Manager And/Or Owner came around to the tables to make sure everyone was enjoying everything. Wish I could remember our waitresses name so she could get recognition. I want to say it was Jessica but I cannot be 100% certain. We dined between 5-6pm today (07/07/2023) Great experience here and hope to have many more!

We were really excited to move so close to an ECW but unfortunately our takeout experience was less than pleasant. We originally tried to order online but it kept rejecting it, so we screenshot the order and called it in to make sure things were clear. The wings were dry when we asked for them to be 12mild/ 13medium with an added flavor. But we did not pick the dry rub so we thought they would be saucy to some extent but unfortunately they were very dry without much flavor at all. For almost $5 the side of waffle fries were disappointing, not only soggy but also mostly terrible cuts. The portion of fried pickles was depressing and also soggy but edible. I did not get a photo of our Buffalo chicken wrap but it had no Buffalo sauce at all on it. The only item I personally enjoyed were the lettuce wraps, the veggies hadn’t been cooked enough so that part was a bit strange but they were ok but not as half as amazing I’ve had at other locations. We will try to dine in some time but ordering take out will not be something we do in the future. Seems that things are not quality checked or care about for pickup.

Been craving wings and I hadn't yet tried this place. Got the voodoo ranger bbq, buffalo, and some type of cajun/garlic dry rub that my bartender recommended. All but the buffalo were good. I feel like the buffalo sauce didn't cling to the wings all that well. Out of the 15 wings, probably 10 of them were drums. This might be because you can pay an extra dollar for all flats. I asked for hot, and I should have ordered the spiciest level available. They gave me all the free bleu cheese I wanted, and the 22oz miller lite was a great deal. I wish the food had been hotter when it arrived to me. It seems to have cooled off a bit before it got to me. Also, the service was a bit slow for it not being very busy. So basically, there are better wings in town and if you're in a hurry maybe choose somewhere else. But it seems like a nice family place or a good spot to bring buddies and watch the game.

I enjoyed my visit even though it really isn't my kinda place.

It has a sports bar kinda feel but it is nice and open with a few booths and tables in a well lit area. Definitely kid friendly, I saw several families and the huge bucket of crayons at the front desk assures me that they are used to dealing with children.

The food was... Interesting. Evidently they are known for their chicken wings and the wide wide wide variety of sauces you can get them tossed in. I'm not a big fan of chicken wings so I had to choose from the rest of the smallish menu. (If you remove all the chicken wing related foodstuffs) They seem to have a few classics but mostly everything was a fusion style type of menu with things like sweet and sour bbq sauce shrimp tacos with a spiced ranch dressing on top and house made chips.

I was unsure of what to choose and my waitress gave me a great rundown about what to expect from each dish and was able to reference various other dishes/flavors to kind of give me an idea what I was in store for. On her recommendation I tried the above mentioned shrimp tacos. It ended up being one of those things that you aren't 100% on but would definitely eat again if given the chance.

Everyone else at my table was really pleased with their food, and our waitress was attentive without hovering.

I thought the prices were a little high but not crazy high. My 3 shrimp tacos and mound of chips were $14.

Bathrooms were clean and obviously upkept.

Don't think I'd go back on my own but I wouldn't object if the group...

Arrived here at 2040hrs on February 19th 2020. I found this restaurant online after traveling all day from Pennsylvania. Based on the reviews it appeared this would be perfect. I was greeted by Miranda and another hostess. I explained that I was alone, but would like a booth if possible. This didn't appear to both them, and they sat me at a booth in the back left of the restaurant. I was given a menu and a silverware. I looked at the menu and decided what I wanted, approximately 30 some dollars worth of food. 3 different wait staff walked past me in the span of 15 20 minutes and not one of them stopped to get me a drink or take my order. Finally I walked out after they seated someone behind me, and never once checked on me in any capacity. I gathered the menu and silverware and proceeded to the hostess stand. Nobody was there, so I set the menu and silverware down. As I was walking out, a pregnant blond server walked past. I stopped her and explained that I had been sitting for 15 to 20 minutes and never got any service. Her response, " well I'm sorry but I didn't seat you". Beyond lived and hungry, clean up your act and hire staff that can provide customer service and respect...
