Dunkin' — Restaurant in Concord

Okay, I normally don't write reviews but I may even send another over to your store via snail mail too. I have been going to this location since we moved here last August 2012. From the first visit, we had a bubbly girl who no longer works there as I can see but she was excellent in being cheerful and interacting with my son. Since Valentine's Day, when I received a carnation I have had excellent service. Anthony will go out of his way to assure things are done promptly and the girls have been nothing but patient. It is today that prompted me to write and i have to get her name. I ventured out in this slushy mess and ordered a coffee and an oatmeal. I spaced it and drove off without my oatmeal. As I wait for traffic to clear to pull out of the store parking lot, I hear a knock on my window!!! She had to of booked it to get me my oatmeal and I am the one who forgot! She didn't have to run in the rain but she did!!!! I couldn't believe it. I find their staff warm and wonderful and I have had coffee messups. I order a weird mix of hot blueberry and caramel swirl mixed together and I think ONCE they forgot the flavor, but So what?? It is SLAMMING every Thursday morning but if drive through is packed I run in and have my coffee within 5 minutes. Some Dunkin Donuts deserve half a star but I have nothing but luck at this one. 1/5 stars for very poor customer service. I went to Dunkin on my lunch break today to get an iced tea with lemonade. I was met with a young gentleman at the window that gave me my drink. Nothing out of the ordinary. As I was about to leave the parking lot I notice that my tea did not have lemonade in it. No biggie but this is the third time that this location has made my order wrong. I turned around and went through the drive through again. Another gentleman answered the drive through speaker and I let him know that I had just went through and my order didn’t have lemonade in it. All he said was, ‘’Come inside!’’ And I said, ‘’I’m not able to come inside as I’m already in the drive through.’’ I was met with a long pause and then some mumbled words. I waited in line and when I drove to the window, I said, ‘’Hello!’’ and ready to reiterate that my drink was missing the lemonade. The same gentleman at the speaker took my drink without saying a word and walked off to put lemonade in it. He brought the drink back and handed it to me and gave me a very unkind look. My order was made incorrectly, it was a simple correction. I was met with rude, short, and unprofessional customer service that left me with a very unpleasant experience. This location is TERRIBLE! I’ve given them several chances and I swear each visit gets worst. This morning I decided to grab something cause it’s closest to my house and being 9 months pregnant I needed to feed myself. I asked for a large regular decaf ice coffee with cream and sugar ( I can’t have caffeine) I also asked for a sesame bagel toasted with plain cream cheese! Pulling away from the drive through in a rush for work I then noticed my coffee was NOT decaf and my bagel had NO cream cheese on it..... I’ve NEVER received a bagel with nothing on it WTH! So not only did I waste $10 which seems pretty pricy for those items I have to wait to go to the Dunkin donuts that’s closest to my work and spend more money. I have many negative experiences here over the years but the best one was when my boyfriend and i asked for two Carmel ice coffees and my boyfriend received a hazelnut coffee. Thank god we noticed before drinking it because he is highly allergic to NUTS! The people who work here pay no attention to detail and are very rude. I’ve complained numerous times and nothing seems to have improved over the years. Save your money and don’t bother with this location they make a bad name...
