Fresh Off The Grill — Restaurant in Concord

Well it took 5 months but I did finally go back however I did not have such a good experience. I ordered the exact sandwich that I had gotten before the ribeye sandwich it had very little flavor to it in the flavor that it had was not very good. I also had my three-year-old daughter with me. Ordered her a kids meal that came with a side we got our order to go as my daughter is ill get home define her fries were not included in our bag. I was not very pleased with missing part of her food while I'm dealing with a sick child. Being that there are so many fantastic restaurants in the Concord area I do not plan to revisit this establishment.

February: Prices are different than I saw online but still fair. I ordered the daily special ribeye sandwich, the price was the same as the regular price. Online menu showed it coming with fries and a salad only got fries. However the sandwich was wonderful, great flavor and cooked perfectly. Service was good. I'll be going back for sure.

The guys go for lunch all the time and have no problem but this afternoon around 345pm we ordered food to go sat down inside waited other guy ordered sat down lady took him his food and ribeye steak plate he ate got refill on drink while we are still waiting phone rang twice while there. We still waiting by this time I'm seeing more people start heading towards door so I walked up to corner to ask what was taking so long after they want to stand around talking it's been long enough I've worked years in food places doesn't take that long especially when Not busy. One of our boxes was in drive thru waiting area and other order never made and I'm not supposed to say anything that was 49 dollars wasted cause every order of fries cold burger cold and soggy bread. Needless to say No More Afternoon Service unless they hire someone besides school kids that still can't think, read, or do anything without a phone in there hand or there parents baby them...

The food was good but definitely the service was downhill. You can hand the best food ever to a starving person but have a nasty attitude and it will decline the overall quality. The girl as the cashier was like hey have you made up your mind yet? Your bothering/interrupting my conversation about my personal life w whomever she was texting. The Spanish lady calling out food items or names was just plain nasty & rude. If she could just throw the food at you I'm sure that she would take the opportunity. It was a little pricey for a corner-walled local business but the portions were large, too large to finish. The tea was a self serve for refills so when you ask about a refill you get a finger pointing and a roll of the eyes. I should've said, "hey if we are all bothering you so much maybe you should consider a sign there." But yeah, won't be back because of the attitudes.
