If I could I would give this a negative 10. I took my WEDDING RING here to get resized and the jeweler completely took the Rose Gold off of it. When I told them, the really nice lady at the counter went back twice to show him, she apologized and told me that if I had a picture showing it was Rose Gold, they would fix it. She even apologized again stating that his mom was dying. I felt bad but don't let him work then! I showed them the MATCHING band that was ROSE GOLD, still nothing! I disputed my American Express Credit card with no luck, so I am resorting to this. I have had my wedding set on for over 5 years, but he told me I was wrong and it wasn't rose gold, but white gold. I KNOW WHAT MY RING LOOKS LIKE!!!! He also told me I needed the prongs fixed and now it catches on everything. My wedding ring means the world to me and now it isn't the same. I am heartbroken. Paid $188 to be heartbroken.

UPDATED: Spoke with Sam the owner, he fixed my prongs while I sat in his office. He also explained how rings are made, and told me that in his professional opinion, it was never rose gold. Went to Kays today to get a pictures of my ring (the underside), and they didn't have it (only the top). I know what my ring looked like, but do not have the pictures to "back it up". So, I will not punish a family run company. Will I ever go there again, no. But Sam was wonderful...changing from 1 star to 3, because of the sincere professionalism that was shown to me by Sam. I can't do 5 stars because my ring just doesn't look like it did when...

I had lost a diamond post earring several years ago, and at Christmas my husband presented me with a replacement earring made by Falls Jewelers. It is a beautiful match! I was eager to wear them but I repeatedly had difficulty getting the screw backs into my ears and, when I was able to finally get them in, my ears hurt. Falls Jewelers were wonderful in analyzing my problem and suggesting different backs for the posts, which they did for me. Now, for the first time in years I am enjoying my diamonds EVERY day!! As newcomers in NC, we are thrilled to find such a reputable jewelers!!!!

Most recently, Falls Jewelers repaired my diamond engagement ring with a new crown. And most remarkably, they repaired the terribly misshapen and scarred gold band to the point the ring looked like NEW!!!!

As far as we’re concerned, how nice it is to have found a fine family company. Our daughter is now their customer too!!! Thank you, Falls for taking good...

I grew up in Kannapolis and have known Falls Jewelers as a staple point in MY home town. So when it came time for my happy occasion, I told my future husband that I would love to have a ring from local business such as Falls. Not only was the service, products and price wonderful, but they made the whole experience special!

Now it's been a year and when I walk in, they offer to clean my ring immediately. They know who their customers are and never ask for paper work. None of my friends have this experience. They are promised ring cleaning and service and when they go in to their jeweler, they treat them terrible and will not assist them unless they show paperwork. Even with paperwork they are treated like they are a hassle.

You will not be treated like this at Falls. Wonderful family business where you will get the best service and quality!
