Super expensive… $15 for chicken fingers and fries. $17 for a 12 inch pizza, $6 for a single taco!?
Kids running around with no adults caring at all that their kids are disruptive.
No security anywhere, nobody working the doors, etc. no presence whatsoever if something were to happen.
No animals allowed, but nobody to stop anybody from bringing them in regardless if they are service animals. Seen numerous dogs in bags, or just people bringing in large dogs.
No outside food allowed but I watched a family bring an entire large pizza in from another establishment with other items and sit down and eat.
Cleaning leaves a lot to be desired all over as garbage is frequently over flowing. Cleaners drink on the job too as you can see one of them with a cup of beer in their hands multiple times a shift.
Concrete is dirty, flower beds and mulch is filled with trash, brick hasn’t been power washed/cleaned etc. no care given to the exterior of the building.
Always hot inside, air conditioning doesn’t seem to work correctly or efficiently given it’s a new build and the units should be new.
Not enough parking for anybody. A parking ramp is desperately needed. You only need two floors max to have enough space or expand the parking lot asap.
Cookies are the best thing there but I heard they are being run out soon for another business. So hopefully someone steps...
Read moreOptimistic food hall is a perfect description. This is a food hall connected to a game room. It hits on looks. The bones and plan are right. The execution leaves way too much to be desired.
The complex is a redevelopment of an old mill/factory. You enter the “market” by way of a bridge from the antique mall part of the complex. There are 6-7 eateries/bar/desert shops within a large building. Hence the market moniker. The bar seems to do a good business.
We walked around looking at the various restaurants… taco place (taco street)- staff was sitting and leaning on the counters - No customers. Pass. Next was a burger and BBQ place (Johnny Rogers) couple of people eating here and it looked ok. So we decided to try. Asked the counter girl which was her favorite the BBQ or the burger. She said she didn’t really like either. Hmm should have taken that advice. However I ordered the BBQ with fries. Not good. $33 and I threw mine in the trash. Super heavy clove spice. Just heavy ughh food. The oil the fries were cooked in probably had not been changed in three weeks…yuck. Just garbage.
There is a pizza place, and Indian restaurant, an ice cream shop, cookie shop and coffee shop.
We did get a chocolate chip cookie for $5. It was ok. Consistency of a doughy dense slightly undercooked. It was ok.
Really wish we had...
Read moreThis is a pleasant hall. If Im in the area I would jump in but wouldn't go out of my way to plan a trip here. We ate at the Thai place (it’s ok) and the taco stand (very sweet ladies, but they need to work a bit more on their cuban food flavor. Not bad though)They still have a Gelato place they are about to open ( icecream please!) and I got a cold latte lavender vanilla drink made as I asked the barista. Very nice. It looks like a family friendly place. Oh! For what I saw there is a brewery down stairs and there was a cute little bar at the entrance, too. last thing I will say (bc you guys know me and food grades) there were a few restaurants with low 90’s here. The pizza place was 93 and the Thai place had a 96… guys… NO REASON you should let your business not be 100 health code. Work on that! It speaks volumes. And YOU! Question the staff as to why their food grade is not 100. You are paying for...
