Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Green Park

I ordered an an Oreo Blizzard ice cream cake online & was told it would be ready by 2:30 p.m. When I got there, the worker said they were out of Oreo cakes & offered a peanut butter one. I said no & I would like a refund. She was very dismissive & said I had to take it up with my credit card company. I went outside to wait for my ride. About 7 minutes later, when my ride was arriving she comes out and wants to process the refund. I told her I was unable to stay now. (The ride was Uber & they would leave & I would be out the ride fare plus have to order another Uber & be charged again for that ride & i would lose more money.) When I returned home, I attempted to call the number for order issues. It rang & rang only to find out there was not even a voicemail set up. I called Corporate & they said I had to contact the store. So I'm out over $37 right now. If they did not have the product available that I requested they should have informed me before i came out to the store. They had my number & email. Then I would have made other arrangements....

Slopiest burger I ever had in my entire life. The door reads 'open at ten' I arrived at ten twenty eight and an employee said they didn't open until10:30. Made me wait for 2 minutes in an empty store. I was the only customer yet my burger looked like they were in a rush to make it. I guess they couldn't be bothered to put a leaf of lettuce on my sandwich so they only used the stumps of the lettuce. There was mayonnaise & catchup all over the outside of the bun. You know that taste you get when a bug flies up your nose and you spit it out of your mouth. Well that was the same taste I had after eating half the burger, leading me to believe that there was a bug in in that part of the burger. I just spit out the chewed up nastyness. I have a fever now and my throat hurts. Hope no one else has...

The tall, skinny kid wiping tables was goofy. I turned around to be seated after getting my drink and he's standing two steps away from me on his cell phone. I informed him he's blocking my path. Then he's banging his dustpan off the floor. On duty woman told him to put it down. Floor was OK. Food was another story. Chili dog withdried up,burnt chili.Another employees starting his shift was arguing with th woman manager. Only went there because have a gift card to use. This place always has been a dive for most part. Place really sucks. Onion rings over cooked. Spent almost 10.00 for a small hotdogs with dried chili and 6 little onion rings. Don't recommend this place at all. Hopeful they'll close and some good, established food...
