OVER ALL EVERYTHING HAS GOTTEN WAY BETTER THAN BEFORE PLUS THE BURGERS ARE A LOT MORE JUICIEST AND BIGGER AND THE PRICES ARE REALLY REASONABLE.,][ IT'S GONNA BE HARD TO FIND ANOTHER PLACE LIKE HARDEE'S WHERE YOU ALWAYS GET YOUR MONEY'S WORTH AND ALWAYS COME OUT OF THERE FILLING FULL AND SATISFIED, AND THAT'S WHY I GIVE IT 5 STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE I WOULD DEFINITELY BE GIVING MORE THAN 5 BUT FOR NOW THAT'S THE LIMIT., BUT WHEN THEY INCREASE THE AMOUNT THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO GIVE THEN I'LL CHANGE IT TO THE MAXIMUM CAUSE IT DESERVES TO BE VOTED #1 BURGER PLACE OF THE YEAR IF NOT OF THE CENTURY., AND THOSE WHO ARE ABLE TO RELATE TO THIS POST LET'S ALL GIVE IT THE MAXIMUM SCORE THAT IT DESERVES AND TELL THE OWNERS TO GIVE THEIR EMPLOYEES AN HOURLY RAISED BECAUSE THEY AND THEIR FAMILIES DESERVED IT AND NEEDED AND IN DOING SO THIS PLACE WOULD BECOME ONE OF THE MUST TALK ABOUT PLACES IN THE WHOLE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND BY THE YEAR 2030 IT WOULD BE ONE OF THE FEW FAST FOOD EATING PLACES THAT HAS SURVIVED THROUGHOUT THE HARD TIMES THAT THE COUNTRY HAS GONE THROUGH.,KEEP THOSE THICK BURGERS COMING BUT DON'T RAISE THE PRICES OTHERWISE YOU'LL ALSO GOING DOWN THE SAME ROAD THAT BIG FOOD CHAINS LIKE BURGER KING DID AND ONCE YOUR DOWN YOUR GOING TO STAY DOWN CAUSE IF YOU SEE AND CONSIDER THEY HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO GET BACK UP THEY STILL ON THE WHOLE., SO THERE YOU HAVE IT PLAINLY AND SIMPLE. The employees at this Hardee's I guess when the cats away the rats will play they sit down take orders from the seats for the customers they have no smiles on their faces it's kind of like they wish you weren't there they're not happy they're grumpy they don't offer you a napkin nor do they offer you a straw unless they have to I don't know about the drive-thru I don't know if it's any different I find the employees lazy The food is good but they could use a little more respect when it comes to handing you napkins straws and be a more appreciative that you showed up with a smile on their face and to sit down and take a to-go order in the dining room that wasn't what I was expecting where is the manager of the store or was that the manager sitting down taking an order from in the dining room a seat for a customer if you're this lazy you should stay home I'm sure she could have found some things to do besides sit down this place could use a manager there to straighten some things out and get it where it is in tip top shape for people to want to come in because right now that's...

Went inside to order our dinner. And waited about 30 minutes for the food. This Hardee’s don’t really care about getting your food out in a timely fashion. Even the people that went through the drive through were having to come inside to get their food. Extremely bad service from church st location in concord. Even the employees had bad attitude problems towards the customers. So I ask for a refund and the lady told me that my food was ready if I still wanted it. Just sitting in a bag not under a heat lamp. And I said yes if it’s going to be free. Because now I’m going to have to go home and reheat it. And her response was he’ll no it’s not free. You let my families dinner sit on your counter for 30 minutes. No I not going to pay for that. Got a refund and went elsewhere. Hardee’s you really need to fire those two girls.
