I was simply calling for information and the man answering the phone was extremely rude. I was calling to see if I could pay them to grind up chicken with the bones and skin. He cut me off saying, "No, no, no. I'm going to cut you off right there. I know where this is going..." Then there was a pause, and I was taken by surprise. I definitely was not expecting that response. I said to him, "Well that was really rude. Bye." Where was what going? I was just asking to pay for a service that butchers normally do. They process meat right? If they don't do that service, he could have just said that, and it would have been fine. I would have respected that. What was the point of saying all of that to me and being rude? He could have been more courteous to a potential customer. Apparently they don't need my money or business. I will never do business...

My son Nick & I were mailing a package at UPS when we met Rob. He welcomed us with a big smile & a Good Morning! I was impressed he was open on time on the aftermath of a Heavy snow day! Shows me great dedication👍

We really love his butcher shop the way it’s all set up and all the cool choices in his shop!!

I ended up buying crabcakes and stuffed quahog’s both were great! I also tried the Italian sausage which was out of this world.

We asked about the mustard….. interesting I never saw so many different choices of mustard. I have yet to try it but I’m sure it’s gonna be great. Great quality, great service, great food ……..triple play !!!!!

I went in today to purchase some haddock and hanger steak today. They did I not have hanger steak(this is an unconventional cut of meat so it’s understandable. But the butcher was rude about it like I was wasting his time when I didn’t want the sirloin that he wanted to sell me. The haddock was not as fresh as you can get at Market Basket.
