So I went there at least 9 times already because I wanted to see if they really improved or if I just got lucky a couple times before I changed my review.
I chose to keep my old review up so I can offer full transparency. The last management⦠ran all of us off⦠I even recognize a couple of my neighbors that posted horrible reviews. As I stated before they have new management and you will notice a difference in service from the very beginning when you place your order!! They are professional, hospitality, personable, and very, very courteous!!
Whomever sent the new managers Nique and Memphis to this location.
I want to let you know that they are saving your restaurant!! You should send them to other existing locations to coach and train people. Clearly I appreciate great customer service lol and they did that and more! Each and every time!
If for any reason you do have an issue asked to speak to management but most likely you will not have any issues because everyone there works together nicely and talks to each other nicely.
Memphis and Nique set the tone of this establishment and everyone there follows suit. I feel so relieved to know that I can now drive to Popeyes thatās closest to my house and also to know once I arrive I will be treated as a VAULED CUSTOMER ! Thank you for thatš Great job on revamping the place! It truly needed it!
Last year review: Iāve been here 3 times. First time EXTREMELY Slow and long wait time but the lady with the braids was nice. Second time waited in line for over 25 mins.. order was messed up.. I think the owner got out his car and had a 10 minute conversation about wasted grease with the staff through the drive through window which made us wait even longer and then when I got home I didnāt have all my stuff. 3rd and LAST TIME I had tried to go get my food that they didnāt give me and they closed an hour early then when I went again the lady was refusing to give me my food but then gave it to me.. then my Mac was cold.. like how can it be cold? They give you a drop of gravy with the mashed potatoes.. red sauce for the rice and beans and if you order Mac they donāt fill it up⦠the day time shift is slow but better customer service but the night time they donāt give a damn at all.. itās really sad and disappointing because it seems like itās black owned smh Iām really disappointed at how far I will have to travel for some damn Popeyes unless this location gets...

I ordered food through the Popeyes app. Once I arrived the manager Autumn informed me that they were working on my order and to wait in the parking lot. 30 mins later, no food. I walked inside the restaurant to see that they were just starting to work on my order. After another 10 mins of waiting, I noticed my ticket was removed from the counter. After the cashier looked around for a bit, she realized that she gave my order to someone else.
Now Iām waiting again.. for another 30 mins. I politely asked for an update since I had been standing there aimlessly and the same cashier was SO RUDE!! She told me that I needed to wait and they take care of walk in orders first. Which is insane considering how long Iād been there. The cashier then put her hands in my face to shew me away!! She also continued to say extremely rude things and was talking about me under her breath. She also slammed my food on the countertop when it was ready.
Autumn saw what was happening and made the cashier leave. She then confirmed for me that is not how their system works and was deeply apologetic for the cashiers attitude. She did offer a free meal if I chose to come back. But why would I? The entire experience was deplorable AND after I checked the order, I was missing food and the wings werenāt cooked (literally blood was coming out). Absolutely will never step foot in here again. And I hope no one else does if they donāt want food poisoning or to WAIT OVER AN HOUR for their meal.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreNormally I don't have problems with this location, today my boyfriend and I went to get a 4PC signature w fries and Dr.pepper and a 3PC tender w potatoes and Dr.pepper, we pulled around to the window and we got our drinks and paid like usual but might i mention no receipt, but this time the woman running the drive thru made us park, we watched as others went through the drive thru and get their food right away, we waited for about 10 mins, 15mins max for someone to bring our food to us, we then went in and no one had our order even made they totally forgot about our order. When the young man running the front approached us he asked for our receipt which we could not provide due to the woman not providing us with one. He was super helpful with getting our order together but someone really needs to retrain the woman running the drive thru or replace her definitely a 0/10 experience and we will not be coming back unless something changes drastically, please do better.
Edit: went back today to try my luck and was met with the most wonderful cashier, she was super friendly and I didn't have to wait very long, much better than last...
