I have been to this location a few times. I love their coffee and didnât have any issues until today. It wasnât with the coffee however. The experience for customer service was less than par. I had both my children in the car with me this time around. We had went over the menu beforehand because one of my children has ARFID, so we work with that child to make sure we set her up for success. However, when we got to the drive to order, my child changed her mind and then got upset. It is a challenging experience, and the young lady who was on the headset with me was patient. However, I could hear the conversation in the background between other associates and they were not what any customer should hear; let alone a mom who is struggling with her child in that moment with ordering. When I got to the window, I had told the young lady at the window with no headset, that I had heard the conversation in the background. She only said, âWell itâs not me I wasnât wearing a headset.â Out of the 3 other young women inside, none came forward to apologize for that childish behavior, not even a supervisor. Your coffee is great. Iâve never had an issue with customer service until today. It wonât stop me from coming again. Maybe the women were having a bad day? We all have those, but when you say things within ear shot of my child who is struggling and she heard you loud and clear; that was pretty low.    Read moreI tried to use a coupon when they first opened. There was a coupon for $2 off of any beverage and there was another one for half off of any beverage. It did say you could not get a hot brewed beverage. I'm going to order a breakfast item and I wanted to try their iced tea . she said I could not use the coupon because iced tea is a hot beverage. She said that they have to brew the tea with hot water so therefore it's a hot beverage. Have you ever heard of that? That's nuts So I emailed them after trying to find a phone number for 2 months and they accuse me of getting out of my car and driving around people in a one lane drive-thru. They said that's why their employee yelled at me. I did not get out of my car. So you can't use the coupon so why print them out and the customer service sucks. It took way too long to finally get through to someone for them to accuse me of doing something wrong. I wouldn't go to them if I was dying of thirst. Save your money go to Starbucks. Also when I told her to check the video of the car she was talking about because she's not talking about me, she apologized when she figured out it wasn't me that drove around other cars.    Read moreUgh! This is the first reaction I had when I sipped it. We got the Scooter Shooter hot coffee and it was nothing but hot water with diluted coffee. I wish I had pictures of the hot coffee and the white mocha we had, but unfortunately we had to throw it away after a few sips because it had zero taste. Boiled water would have been the same taste as the coffee.
Itâs a drive thru and we specifically asked for a hot white mocha along with a hot scooter shooter what we got was an iced scooter shooter and a hot white mocha which Jeleigh our server happily gave us for free since there was a mixup.
The white mocha was a cup full of sugar. It had very little coffee and milk. Didnât like this one either and we tried to mix the scooter shooter with the mocha only to have a diluted coffee that tastes worse than the cheap vending machine.
The cold coffee was no better because it was ice cold water and a few drops of coffee. Itâs only the service that stood out for us. They are friendly and quick, but the products are awful. We ruined our morning coffees with their batch. Not recommended one drop. So very...
