Conneaut Pizza & Sub Shop — Restaurant in Conneaut

I really hate giving local places low reviews, but this place is not too clean. The food was alright, nothing to really say, I've had many better places, but it was not disgusting. The seats are very worn and beat up. I had sunken into my seat when I first sat down.

Our waitress was very polite though. She did a good job keeping up with our wants and needs. Service was great, I would not rate lower due to this.

Perhaps this place could use a new paint job, and better cleaning and it would be a 3.5 or 4 star review. Food just needs some more flavor. Maybe some olive oil, or some salt, or even a small amount of garlic powder. I dont know, but there was no seasoning to it.

So I am ending this review with a, "It was not terrible, but it was not a place to remember." I am from out of town and do not have any bias towards...

Always when we get food from here it is always amazing with no problems, tonight we wanted to get some takeout bc of working later and know that they close at 10 like normal. We went to the location at 9:40, walked up to an unlocked door and the open sign on so we figured yea they are open. We go in and wait just for someone to come out and say, “We are closed,” with a pretty unneeded attitude so I commented on how the door was open and the sign was on while the lady lies and says we close at 9:45… I get it’s a later time and everything but if you guys say online you’re open till 10 with lights and doors open why is the worker saying they are closed. Oh and we called at 9:25 and 9:30 and no one answered which is why we drove up to the store in case...

I ordered at 6:11 and didnt receive my food until 7:50..called the first time after an hour and they were just leaving with it, after another 25 minutes I called again (it takes 10 minutes to get to my house). Never once did anyone apologize, except the delivery driver, or offer any compensation for the ridiculous wait on a Tuesday. And you guessed it the food was very cold. I will not do business there again, I knew not to in the first place but they are the only people who deliver...
