My family and I stopped in here on our way home to Columbus, OH on 11/28/20. We thought of going to Pizza Hut down the street, but wanted to support a small business and came here instead and now I wish that we hadn't. They were out of many menu items including kids hot dog and grilled chicken that we had tried to order. My toddlers kids meal was a total of $11 since the chicken tenders and fries didn't include a drink.... So we paid $2.5 extra for a tiny cup of chocolate milk.... I understand that small businesses are taxed atrociously but come on! I had to get the fried chicken sandwich since they were out of grilled and it ended up being two chicken tenders on bread with a slice of tomato..... No sauce and no other vegetables. It was sad and dry and I barely ate any of it. The coleslaw and macaroni salad was unappetizing and went uneaten by my family. The only good thing I have to say about this place is that the fries were good and the server was sweet.... Everything else was insanely overpriced and unappetizing. We left this place feeling extremely unsatisfied and robbed. Would...
Read moreIt was horrible. There were 12 of us, 8 sat together, 4 sat at a table next to us. They ordered, got their food. We finally got our coffee. We, the 8 of us ordered. A group of 3 men came in, they ordered. Half of our table finally got food, except pancakes were missing, they will be right up. The table of 3 men got their order, half of us are still without food and pancakes still missing. 1 of our group finally got the home fries she ordered, still no food for 3 of us, everyone is done eating. Oops, there is a piece of hard plastic melted in the homefries. Still no food for 3 of us, pancakes still missing. We finally, after exactly one hour told our waitress forget it. When she told the cook we didnt want our food, he acted surprised and asked why! Seriously! Then he called us a bunch of nasty people.. oh and no, they werent busy, it was just us and the table of 3 men. 15 people total....

Prompt friendly service from a large menu. B'fast available all day. We chose a club sandwich and cheese omelette. Problem number 1: $2.50 for an 8oz ice tea with no refill is obscene. Problem number 2: using the stale heel of the bread loaf for the club sandwich bottom is poor presentation. The sandwich broke up as soon as I picked it up. The food itself was good. The fries were outstanding. The Diner is up for sale. So change is already in the works. We enjoyed the meal. My curiosity was really picqued by the radio station sign...
