Had a bad experience when we went there yesterday . My husband Order a spicy plain larb with no vegetables and the waitress herself repeated the order back to us and my husband had corrected her on the plain larb because she wrote it wrong . When my husband corrected her she even noted down on her notepad . She then put the order in and when our food came out the Larb was not plain like how my husband had order . The waitress took the messed up plate back and the manager Christy came out and had said that they couldn’t take it back and make a new one without charging us for another plate bc the waitress herself repeated our order back and we said it was right ( the waitress was wrong on her part when she repeated it back bc my husband had corrected her and she noted it on her pad ) . My husband was mad that Christy said that to a customer as a manager ! The right thing to do was make a new plate bc it was the waitress fault that it came out wrong . The waitress knows herself that it was her fault that’s why she didn’t come out and tell us herself that and had the manager come . Poor customer service ! And food was not good at all. Do not recommend going here if this is how customers will get treated !!!! We did not leave a tip , bc that $14 messed up plate is the waitress tip to pay for that messed up plate that she put in for us !!! Hmong people are greedy , DONT GO HERE! Go down the road...
Read moreWe've eaten there a couple of times for the convenience because it's on our way home. The food is okay. Regular asian food ... nothing that really stands out. I usually don't order the pho but the last time we went, I decided to order the pho. I like my broth more on the sour side and they gave us 2 slices of lime for our 2 pho that we ordered. When I asked the waitress for another slice of lime, she told me they were going to charge me 50 cents for the extra slice of lime. I was shocked to hear her say that. Yep, they charge 50 cent for an extra slice of lime. I told her forget it but what I really wanted to tell her was "if you guys are that desperate for lime and want to charge your customers extra for a slice of lime, I can drive down the street to the store and buy you 2 whole limes for 50 cents so you don't have to charge your customers extra for it". LOL ..so bring extra lime in your purse if you like your broth sour and don't want to pay 50 cents for 1 extra slice of lime. Another thing I've notice the few times we've gone is that they need to hire more waitress. The one girl is running around trying to serve everyone and tables with dirty dishes are left on the tables for a long time. The boy at the register needs to stop being so lazy and help out. Customer service needs improvement. After this last visit, it will be our last time...
Read moreThe young man that was serving us did an amazing job. No complaints there. We had pho, smoked sausage, papaya salad and raw beef laab. The pho was not bad but not great. The raw beef laab and papaya salad are just horrible. I took one bite of the beef laab and pushed it to the side. Now on to the papaya salad. We ordered that to go. Took one bite and tossed it in the trash. The smoked sausage is basically the kielbasa from the grocery store. I am being as brutally honest as I can, so maybe whoever is cooking can learn how to make these dishes better. Or at least have someone teach you how to make it better. People come and pay you to make these dishes to satisfy their cravings, only to end in disappointment. You guys either can't taste what good food tastes like or you just don't care but take these items off your menu until you learn to make it correctly. To be fair, i am only giving my opinion on the dishes we tried. I came from out of town and don't have a kitchen. Otherwise, I would have...
