321 Cafe — Restaurant in Newton

We came in on the Sunday right before school started in 2022 and was greeted by a lovely lady who handed us menus immediately, took our order promptly, handed us drinks and away we went. Barely had sat down, already had a salad for my Dad ready to go. Got our food within 10 minutes after that. The breadsticks were superb and fresh, we had a cheeseburger with fries, NY Stromboli, and Spaghetti with Meat Sauce & Meatballs added on and we loved every bit of it. We'll definitely be coming to this mom and pop shop more often now.

I will say, it's a 2 person place, and the place has been renovated some to where the previous reviews saying the bathrooms smelled like sewer or bad smell has been fixed as well. Give them some more business folks, they definitely make good food for a...

Left extremely upset... my husband ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich. .. he did ask the waitress how hot it was; we enjoy spicy food but with in reason. She said it was hot but not unbearably hot. Ok! Said he’d try it out. Well, needless to say.. It was so hot he couldn’t eat more than a few bites.. told the waitress.. they made a few jokes about the sandwich, she asked if she could get us something else. He did.. got it to go. Can you believe they wanted to charge us for the sandwich he could not eat!! The owner came out very angry when we refused to pay for it! Said we’d been warned it was hot... The food was delicious. I can't complain about that. I've been several times and I'll go again. My only complaint is that my lunch crew went in once, filled two long tables connected together and they gave us two baskets of the parmasan bread. The next time they only have us one to share amongst both our tables. I asked for another and she said we'd have to pay for it. It was out of her hands. That's far from good service. Very inconsistent, and common sense would tell you, one per table. I wouldn't care but they're one of my favorite things about going there. She could've at least checked with whoever was the manager on duty, but she...
