The food has always been good here. Great quality for a below average price. The food service is wonderful, the cashier remembers our faces every time and so kindly greets us and asks how we are.
Now beyond the food service on the other hand, is extraordinary, and that is a reflection of the character of those who work there. In May of 2025, my truck failed to start when my wife and I tried to leave. The manager Daniel, who was the manager at the time, saw my hood up in the parking lot and came out to lend a hand. He offered to drive us to the nearest Autozone in hopes a code reader would reveal the problem. After reading no fault codes but figuring out the issue, he stayed with us during the whole story of fixing my truck. He returned the code reader to Autozone for us, allowing me and my friends to work. He offered good advice and asked good diagnostic questions, held parts and tools, and even offered us drinks multiple times. We tried to suprise tip him by leaving some money at the counter but he chose to give his time and energy to help me and my wife and gave us a $20 gift card. Extraordinary service. Rice Fun, keep hiring Daniels. We'll...
Read moreWe’re new to the area and received one of their menus in our mailbox. We were super excited to try it out since we saw some good reviews and the pictures looked appetizing. The business was nice and clean and the service was…. Okay. There was no real ‘customer service’ but at the least they weren’t rude. For the food; I wish I could say that this was the worst Chinese food we’ve had, but that would mean we’d have to had tasted anything to begin with. We both ordered dishes from the ‘Spicy Lovers’ menu (kung poa chicken & hot n spicy chicken) and there was zero flavor, let alone any spice; you walk away from your meal feeling as if you haven’t even eaten since there’s no flavor. The kung poa chicken may as well have been called kung poa water chestnuts, since there were bigger and more pieces than the actual chicken. We have ordered from another Chinese restaurant that is closer to us previously and when comparing the two, it’s the difference between having what you expect (and is very tasty) when you crave ‘Chinese food’ and going to a sub par Panda Express. Very...
Read moreI'm thoroughly disappointed at the quality of the food when compared to the service and overall cleanliness of the restaurant. We ordered the Hot and sour soup, dumplings, and the General Tsos chicken, and all of it was mid or just downright bad. The Tsos chicken was somehow repelling every drop of sauce that it was made in, thin and watery instead of the classic almost gel like sauce. The chicken itself was tough, and the skin had an almost unfinished texture. Another thing was the size of the actual pieces of chicken, they were really large and i had to take like 2-3 bites per piece. The soup was just foul tasting; like week old miso soup. We took two bites, and a third just to confirn how bad it was, and threw it out. The dumplings are okay, if just a little soggy and limp. I appreciate their veterans discount, but had I known their food was this low quality, I would've just went to...
