This Wendy's is TERRIBLE! I have tried to give the benefit of the doubt but, at this point they just suck. The first experience I called to see if they were still open "honeyyyy, the inside been closed" okay no biggie that was just one person. The next time my hubby really wanted a baconator and this is the closest one to my house so we went. Ordered a triple baconator with baconator fries, he likes alot of chili sauce and asked for that. The first trip through we didnt get a triple baconator, only a double with 2 pieces of bacon ?! We go back around and got a 2 patties no cheese and 3 strips of bacon?! This entire time im just like what are yall doing back there, hubby goes inside they give him attitude because they have made a sandwich wrong twice. So he finally gets the triple baconator done right by a nice gentleman and he also gives us some fries for free. I wish i remembered his name because he's honestly the nicest and smartest person at this Wendy's. TONIGHT, after about 2 or 3 months of not going i decided to give them their last chance. To no surprise they screwed up, lady pretended she could not hear me through the speaker. No matter how loud I yelled, she screwed up the experience from the BEGINNING. We ordered again triple baconator, baconator fries and a biggie bag, with an extra 4 piece. Asked for our sauce a million times and told us the total, not friendly at all. This time the baconator was fine, but when asked for the entire fries to be covered with cheese and bacon, they weren't. Asked for honey mustard, they gave none. Asked for chili sauce she handed us 3 and when i asked for more she looked at me funny and said i guess while handing me 2 more. And no bacon on my bacon doublestack they advertise with the biggie bag! Im done with this Wendy's and advise everyone to steer clear...
Read moreSo I just went into the new Wendys in Conover. The drive thru line wasnt moving so I went inside and did an order inside on the kiosk. Made my selections and hit the pay button and did my transaction. I got an error and it told me to retry...i did. Well then it says sorry its just not your day and failed my transaction and now I have 2 pending charges on my account. Yes, I know it comes off but that's not what irritated me. I walked to the front and showed them my account and said it was broken and hit my account 2 times. The manager on duty proceeds to tell me that they are waiting on someone yo fix the kiosk and that it has been broken. I asked why there wasnt a sign on it and she said she has hung one on there and people let their children rip them off and that there was nothing they could do. Sorry. Yes there is something you can do...you can turn it off or disable it and not let your customers get their money involved because you are to lazy to do anything about it and rude! My business will go somewhere else from now on....
Read moreI would give zero if I could. Went through the drive-thru and they made me pull forward to wait which is fine that happens sometimes. But they made my son's burger wrong three times in a row while I was stuck parked in the drive thru because there was nowhere to pull my car to at this location. I literally spent 20 minutes sitting in the drive-thru waiting on food and a correct Burger. By the time I got home, everything else in his order was cold. And I live less than a mile from this Wendy's. I understand that mistakes happen but it should not take creating a burger four times to get it correctly. Especially when it wasn't a super special request. I explained that I only wanted three items on the burger and they kept getting it wrong.
