Buyer beware. I ordered a meal through the app and picked it up curbside. One of the burgers did not come out plain and dry as I ordered it. I called to get a refund Only on that specific burger and the manager explained that the only way that I could get a refund is if I came back up to the store. I asked if I came back up to the store right away if I could have the whole meal replaced so everybody could eat a meal together and the manager said that the only the hamburger was wrong So that was all that needed to be replaced. I explained I would still like to be together To eat with my family so she agreed. I Let the manager know I would would return within 10 minutes. She double checked, and confirmed order with me. When I returned, the drive-through person did not know what I was talking about, and when I got to the window, the drive-through person did not speak to me but told the manager that I called and I’m supposed to be getting free food. The manager then told her to tell me to pull into one of the parking spots which I did. This was the only exchange with the drive through person. A few minutes later, someone who was not the manager brought me my food and quickly walked away. I then checked my meal and again, The burger was still not plain and dry, Which was the entire reason that I had driven back in the first place. I returned to the drive through again and I let them know that it’s not plain and dry And I asked if they could restart the burger so that I wouldn’t have to pull up and wait In a parking spot again so that the rest of the food would not get cold. The drive-through attendant says, you’re going to pay for it again? I said no, I don’t want an additional burger. I just want to swap out this burger. They told me to pull up to the first window, which I did and handed the person in the burger. They asked me what was wrong with it, and I told him that it was not plain dry. They took it without saying anything and handed it to the manager. I saw the manager throw the burger in the trash and then I saw the drive-through person return to the window area laughing, but did not speak to me. Shortly after, The drive-through person handed me the burger and it was correct. I said thank you so much and they still never spoke to me. I never received an apology or anything. The manager manager never spoke to me while I was there. I don’t expect to have a Chick-fil-A experience when I go to McDonald’s, but I definitely expect a little bit better than this. I’ll definitely be going to the Other McDonald’s locations that are a little bit further from me...

A female takes over with a rude attitude. You could hear the attitude in her voice. I normally leave when a business doesn't provide great customer service, but I still placed the order that totaled 28.43. We (my family) proceeded to the first window, and the woman at the window asked with an attitude (Hispanic female). Did we want to round up? Because of the bad attitude, I said no. She started speaking spanish to another employee , and I understood her language. If you roll the camera back, you would be able to witness what she said. The employee that was getting trained looked like he was in distress and frightened. I went to the next window and made a complaint, and the female went told the manager. She came back and said the manager said she would handle it. I was asked to pull number one to wait on my food. A black female brought our food to the car, and I asked what the female name was that took our money because I wanted to report her. The black female went inside to get her name, and a Hispanic female came to the car. She said you can't talk to them because they are minors. She said they all go to the high school. I said I didn't realize they were young because they looked much older. They took my order, and they were minors. I asked for her name and she said her name was Jennifer. I told her that since the workers are minors, I would hold her responsible for their actions. Maybe someone needs to check into all the reviews and fix the issue. Read moreI am only leaving this review bc I tried to call several times right after getting my order and hitting 45 regarding my nuggets and the fact they are cardboard cold and not at all consumable. The basket of fries is a small if that in a giant basket and the chesse burgers that were order with no onions has so many you can smell them. Normally this is my stop...infact I asked my husband to wait from Houston till I hit this one on our way home bc they are good normally... Then to not have anyone in drive thru no one in diner this time of morning and not answer someone's call 4 times. Not 2 min after I pulled out... Ya dropped the ball and I will take my almost $30 to any where else from now on and like I said this is a regular stop at min 4 times a month... Sad to see y'all turn to this bad behavior... The fries were hot and fresh skimpy yes but fresh the burgers greasy as hell and ordered no onions to be doubled and like I said the nuggets not edible for anything ... I had to wait 10 min for everything else why was my nuggets not fresh cold and obviously say in warmer for hours...
