Hi, I tried reaching the store multiple times but no one picked up at all. Last night my hubby came in ordering us some sandwiches--I had the meatball sandwich and have NEVER had an issue before with any sandwich at Subway. I've worked for this company myself and love ya'll so no hate, to meanness or nothing. I think I might have had food poisoning. I have never vomited so violently and disgustingly and I am 41. I have been through a lot but not had that experience before. I just have to wonder if the temps were correct or something was specifically wrong with the meatballs (my hubby had a different sandwich and he's fine). But man oh man. I am still queasy today and yeah, that was not fun. Thank you. I had to use my 30 minute lunch bread to return the salad. I asked for a manager and the girl told me there was not a manager in the store. The girl didn't know how to contact the manager or owner. She did not know the owners name or the name of the franchise. This, to me, means a lazy business owner that has nothing to do with the business. There is no indication on or in the building, nor on the receipt on how or who to contact for customer issues. They have missed items, told me that i didnāt order something after i clearly showed him i did on the receipt.
