Quote manager: "we have so many customers, I don't care about you. I'm not scared of you", and while speaking with us he just walked out of the place. The manager was SO rude, no people skills at all and openly accepted that what he was doing to us had no integrity at all.
Elaboration: Gave them my wedding dress on May 9th with 2 requests: 1) remove a small stain on the bodice, 2) press it. They huddled and decided it'd cost $35. They said they'd have it done by May 12th. Returned May 20th (it had been raining previous week and I didn't want the dress to get wet) and they said they forgot to clean it so return May 21st. Returned 21st and it was pressed but stain was still there so I frustratingly asked them to do it again, they said return May 22nd. Returned May 22nd and they refused to receive any payment less than originally stated. We refused to pay full price because it was 9 days later than they said, so they wouldn't go get the dress from the back. We were forced to pay full price for the worst service and worst customer service we had ever received, just so they'd give us my dress. We plan to share this story with as many people...

The solution on their end was to replace the part after they told me it broke on the machine, i reluctantly agreed to allow some type of replacement. I went back once a week and they acknowledged they were unable to find a part. This happened for about 2 months of me waiting and checking in. I finally went in and said they I just needed reimbursement, the owner then told me it was my responsibility to find a part (bs) and that all I wanted was money for the dress (at this point yes) he was extremely rude and kept arguing with me. I attempted to negotiate a price of the items worth and he said no and walked to the back. So here I am left with no dress, no refund, and the worst taste in my mouth. I guess small claims is the solution. I would not be surprised if he treats his employees unfairly and takes advantage of them also. Ive never been so appalled at a business. I returned two days later and picked them up & the male (assume he may be the owner) asked me to pay for another pant that I was due to pick up at a later date (I dropped it a few days later). I explained I had a receipt for the 3 pants and those were the ones due for payment & pick up. He insisted I pay for all 4 pants even though I was only picking up 3 pants.
