7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Conroe

hello, to whom it may concern. my first time at 7 brew was one of the best early morning choices i made. at first i was iffy about it bc i didn’t know what i would get so i almost drove to starbucks and pay 12 dollars for my grande drink. but on my way there i saw this nice young lady waiting for me in the drive thru. i pulled up and she was so welcoming and made me feel like we had known each other for so long. she made me feel special like i had my own personal barista. i didn’t know what to drink and she really recommended me a drink that idk what is called but it’s one of her favorites ik it has something with cookie and cold foam. but anyways that isn’t the point. she was so sweet and heard my boy problems and let me cry out to her even though she didn’t know me. now i just go there to see april and get my new fave drink that i still don’t know the name because as soon as she sees me pull up she knows what is my order. PERIOD. that morning i spent the best 7 dollars ever bc not only i got a good drink but a good barista that is a great listener and a person i can go cry to when needed. THANK YOU 7 brew for...

UPDATE- Had to update my review because the service was atrocious today. The absolute worst service I have ever had in any restaurant or coffee place. Was literally in the middle of ordering drinks and the worker walked out on me! The person who took her place was laughing with her in front of me. That alone was worth leaving however, I stayed… bad choice. The original worker I ordered with had put in a cinnamon roll latte which I clearly said pumpkin roll. I was trying to order a pumpkin roll latte and they both said “that’s part of the secret menu.” I said “what do you mean?” I asked her “well what’s in the pumpkin roll” and she couldn’t tell me: she said all of our drinks are customizable. Any way, just the absolute worst service today. I just drove off. Really bummed because I was starting to like this place (as you can see from comment below).

I’ve been going to this location every morning before work for a while. Today I ordered a med. brunette and an ocean breeze energy with a Red Bull instead of the seven energy. They were out of the original Red Bull and my only option were the seven brew energy or the sugar free Red Bull so I decided to go back to the original seven brew energy as I don’t like the sugar free Red Bull. Honestly I think it was their fault as they should be letting their employees know hey we are out of Red Bull or even 86 it off the menu so you can’t purchase it. When I asked about the up charge I paid for the Red Bull they pretty much looked at me and said there was nothing they could do that I was SOL. The lady was very rude first of all however isn’t what I’m used to experiencing at seven brew so that was a disappointment. Which I don’t think is right I paid an extra maybe $1-3 dollars more for the Red Bull and didn’t even get it. The least they could do is either refund me the money or given me some kind of compensation for...
