The place is really clean really quiet. My server was really nice. My drinks were really good. I had the four small margaritas you’re able to pick whatever four flavors you wanted. I chose raspberry, watermelon, strawberry, and peach. I was only able to identify The peach and raspberry flavor. I drank two before my food came. The red salsa was warm and you had to ask for the green salsa. I am not a fan of warm salsa so I will pass on that one. The green one was a lot better. My meal was decent. I had three enchiladas two cheese one beef fajitas with two sides of rice no beans. My daughter had a kids meal, one cheese and two sides of rice no beans. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE. Just go pick it up.! I ordered over $100 worth of food through Monarca/conroe website . They forgot one of the taco salads on my order and so I called to let them know so they could send me the salad. The man that answered the phone said he was very sorry and that he would take care of it. So 30 mins later I received a call back from Monarca/Conroe blaming DoorDash for the mistake and they told me to contact DoorDash for a refund. I didn’t order through DoorDash. I paid $6.99 delivery fee for Monarca (. Not DoorDash) to deliver the order to my house. Of course DoorDash couldn’t help me. If I can give more than 5 stats I would!!! I would like to give a shout out to the manager of this place. He was Awesome! I have Celiac and it means a lot to me when, I call a restaurant and the person over the phone not only knows what gluten is but helps you decide what to eat by saying we can modify anything to meet your needs. I had the nachos Monarca and he knew that the queso was thickened with flour, so I avoided it and the beans might not be safe because bacon fat, so he suggested just shredded cheese and rice as substitutes and it was delicious!
