Bojangles — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

This was our first time trying bojangles and it was a terrible experience. I downloaded the app hoping they would have my order faster if I placed my order there. I place my order and park at the curbside parking then pressed im here. We saw 12 cars pass through the drive thru and our order was never brought out. We went inside to complain we've been waiting for 20mins and with all the 10 employees working there no one cared to bring out our food but more busy talking to each other. We didnt get anything extra as an apology just "Im sorry here's your cold chicken and soggy fries" The manager saw us complaining but didnt want to help make it right. The food was great, hot crispy tenders, warm buttery biscuit. However, as a drive through customer, I didn't receive my sauce, nor napkins or cutlery. Perhaps focus on each order first, and then speed. I know this is a new location, and speed will come with experience but as a customer, I want to receive a correct order more than a fast order. I look forward to trying again, because these tenders...

Worth the wait!! Just be patient the chicken tenders are FIRE 🔥!!!!! The app was glitching and I was having a hard time redeeming my free chicken sandwich but the manager figured it out for me so THANK YOU MAAM! 10/10 DELICIOUS !! Raising canes DOES NOT COMPARE! Well seasoned and the biscuit OMG BETTER THAN POPEYES WOW!!!! So happy we have a location in Spring !! Thanks again...
