Where to begin? My family and I have been purchasing beverages from this establishment for about two months and although their prices are a bit expensive, I was content with the quality of the beverage. Recently I began to realize that the prices on-line were not in line with the prices the store was charging. To my surprise there was a price increase several months ago however their website was not reflecting this price change. I contacted the store and informed that it was unethical to misinform the consumer. Their website prices should be updated or at least the person taking orders should inform consumers of the potential price difference between on-line and in store prices. I requested a reimbursement of the difference of a purchase I made the day of and was informed by the store manager that there was nothing they can do about the prices online because they had no control of this. She asked me to confirm the prices again to which I promptly went to their website and Lo and Behold their website was down and under maintenance. I again asked her to reimburse me the difference to which she again denied me the reimbursement or offered any resolution aside from apologizing. I believe a business should NEVER misinform consumers about prices and again feel it was completely unethical for this establishment to do this. Read moreI used to love this place and would visit frequently. Sadly, my latest visit will be the last due to the absurd level of unprofessional behavior of the staff. I came in and ordered two drinks, one hot one iced. When the drinks were brought out I noticed that they were both iced. With it being cold outside, I asked the worker if it could be made hot like I asked. At this point, I watched the worker take the ice out of my drink with a spoon and throw it in the microwave in the back. Being that I used to work in this industry, I know that that is NOT the proper way to handle an issue as such. The worker handed me my drink and I said to have a great night-and was ignored by both workers present. I also was not given a straw for my first drink and when I asked got an eye roll until I was begrudgingly given one. When I finally got to the car with my drink, it was not even fully filled and I honestly was so scared to drink it that I didn’t touch it because I could not trust that the worker didn’t mess with it.
