Wow, I gotta say this was remarkably foul. Like you kinda expect a certain level of mediocrity with Little Cesar's, but at the very least there's usually some consistency so it's not a complete shocking disappointment. Tonight was the exception. Ordered ahead online cus hot n ready is a myth, got there and then proceeded to wait in the drive thru for about 20 mins because whoever was in front of me either wouldn't pull thru to wait in the lot or the staff just didn't feel it was necessary to ask them to instead accruing a line 5 deep. So obviously I knew my pizza was instead gonna be very cold and over cooked. Also, and maybe this on me for thinking I should attempt to order something other than the usual consistently mediocre deep dish, but the supposed "fanceroni" was as I said remarkably foul. Like almost to a comical level. The crazy bread was, on the other hand, just this side of literally still uncooked dough. Honestly would have liked the option of just taking it back but the lobby was closed and the employee sitting inside refused me so yeah now I'm spending my evening writing this review that like 3 people at best will read cus its the only way I can come to terms with spending 15 dollars on greasy "fanceroni'd" asphalt and garlic bread dough with the consistency of what I can imagine a memory foam mattress would taste like. K, thanks for coming to me Ted talk y'all that's...
Read moreProbably the wrist possible location. Short staffed. Went in for 5 hot and ready pizzas 35 minutes before I needed to be at the venue for my son's 6th Birthday. Told the girl working the front counter and the drive thru window that I needed 3 pep, 2 cheese hot n ready. She said she had 2 more coming out of the pep and the rest were in the box ready to go.
So I'm sitting and waiting. 20 minutes go by and 2 people have come and gone. Both with two pep each...... Well there goes three of my pizzas I had already paid for. I go to the counter and ask her why she told me she only had one but yet-there went four pizzas. Told me she put in a special request so they'd be hot. Which wonderful. But I didn't need all that. O needed something hot and ready to go, which is their motto... or so I thought.
As I'm standing there waiting for her to come back from finding our how much longer they will be, the, who I'm guessing is the manager lady, is in the back slamming things around and going off about how this girl is getting off at 5 and how she can't make the pizza and work the counter/window. How everyone wants to get paid but no one wants to work for it. And how every one wants pizza fast and doesn't want to wait-well first off ur motto is hot n ready. Secondly If ur short staffed, put up a damn sign and hire help.
Highly disappointed. If I could give less than a...
Read moreOMG! Where to even begin. Ok I went here like a month ago and I stood there for 15 mins with no one at the front, meanwhile the whole time Icould see a employee sitting behind the warmers where the pizza goes and he was just sitting on his phone, With no care in the world mind you. Anyway I finally get feed up and lend over where I could see another employee in the back standing and playing on his phone. So I yelled out HELLO! Is anyone working the front area. They both looked at me then preceded to ignore me and play on there phone.well that was that I said never again will I come to this location. Well just last Friday I was in that area again and decided to stop by thinking , ok it’s been 3 weeks since I last came. I am sure someone else complained on them. Well as I get there Same thing except this time there was like 7 people waiting to order and no one was to be found. Then like 4 people come out and then one guy says just so ya know it’s gonna be 45 mins for any pizza. The whole time all they were doing was hanging out in the back. I will find a corporate number to call this is so irradiating and un professional....
