When Bunslut first opened, they were a lot more attentive to the orders. We enjoyed them & have come to eat here multiple times now. The portions are small for the price. The last time we decided to eat here, we ordered online like we usually do. The site they use on their website is the only one with their correct pricing. Uber Eats prices are higher for some reason. Placed the order in at 7:55pm & was sent a text that our order was ready at 8:10pm (15 minutes). So we left at the appropriate time to be there & arrived at 8:15pm. When we went inside, our order wasn’t ready which is okay so my boyfriend waited in the lobby. My boyfriend waited for 20 minutes before checking-in again & it was still not ready. He switched with me & when I came inside to the counter, the owner was there. He explained to me that still my order wasn’t ready & that the online order times are incorrect. I waited another 20 minutes before getting his attention again to just ask for a refund. It was almost 9pm. He responded that now my order was ready & went to start on a refund. I just wanted to get the food & go home since it was getting late, but all he offered me was a canned soda. The food was good & was fresh.. they followed our specifications & we enjoyed it. Today, we spent $30 on a single, double, Cajun fries, & a milkshake. We ordered online & put our regular specifications on it. This time, we waited to leave until after we got the ready text. So we ordered at 6pm, got the ready text at 6:15pm, & arrived at 6:25pm. Our order was ready when we got there, but now this time all of our specifications weren’t followed. Didn’t receive any of the condiments on the side like we noted. Just sucks when you take the food all the way home & find out it’s not how you ordered it at all. We ordered to go. Now I only had the Slutty Fries and a Fruity pebbles milkshake. But the fries were basically a burger on top of fries and I prefer slightly softer fries so to me this was great! Super filling and the slutty sauce was good. I am not the biggest fan of traditional burgers so I really enjoyed them. The milkshake was thick but not so thick I couldn't drink it with a straw so great consistency. Flavour wise I wasn't blown away but I wasn't disappointed either. Would order again.

Now the food hall itself has a problem I suspect the air vents are leaking/connected to the cigar place next door because I couldn't even smell the food over the cigar smell. If you have a sensitive nose then I would advise ordering to go as the air smell was bad. And half peoples enjoyment is from smell and if they think their food smells like cigars they will...

When I walked in, I expected some guidance or at least a basic explanation of how the menu worked, especially since it was my first time. Unfortunately, the lady at the counter wasn’t helpful at all—she didn’t explain anything about the options or how to customize the burger. When I got my order, I was honestly shocked. The burger was just a tiny patty, a bun, and cheese. That’s it. No toppings, no sauce, nothing to justify the price. I also asked if I could add cheese to my fries, and instead of offering to simply add it for an extra charge, she made me order a separate full order of fries with cheese. I ended up spending over $15 for what felt like a barebones kids’ meal.
