I went there yesterday to pick up my order of two (10 piece) chicken wings combo, one for me, and one for my wife who was at work. First I was standing by the service window for about five minutes and nobody asked me if I needed help. After finally getting my order I drove to my wife's place of work to drop her order and then went back home. When I got home and opened my order to find out that the fries were missing as well veggie sticks that are included with the combo. I called them and some lady picked up the phone, and I told her that the fries and the veggies were missing, and her answer was: Oh, yeah that was two combos that you ordered, can you come back and pick it up? I was already home and I was very tired from work so I told her that I wasn't going to drive back. She didn't offer me a discount or refund so I end up paying more than $40.00 dollars for 20 chicken wings. That tells me that they don't really care about losing customers. If you ever go there make sure that you double check your order before you leave because it is very frustrating to get home hungry and tired to find out that they messed up your...

I happen to be on I-10 at Franz and saw this food truck and decided to check it out since I heard it’s so good. Well unfortunately I was very disappointed with the whole experience.

There was no customer service. The female attendant literally said “Yes” not hello how are you thank you for choosing us. Not how May I help you…. Just “yes”….

It’s 106 degrees in Houston today and of course you can’t go inside. Well after a hot wait, I get the food but again no customer service. This time it was a male attendant and he did not say Thank you or have a good day.

I tried the fries and the first few were crispy and hot but only about 5 of them were. The rest quickly were warm and not crispy( they obviously were not fresh) I bit into the sandwich and the chicken tasted odd( I ordered without the slaw)…. So basically I’m still hungry and I paid $17+ dollars for this disappointing experience.

As a patron of an Establishment, I feel that the least you can expect is a Hello and a Thank you….. Won’t try again as I was already skeptical of food trucks. I’m good and I’ll stick to...

I'm Visiting Katy, TX and decided to try out this place. Ordered the 2 piece basket with clutch sauce ( 1 came with the meal and I ordered an extra one for $1 However I didn't receive it) and also ordered 15 wings w/ fries for family. There was an offer to get a free shake for signing up, registering and ordering on Clutch's Chicken website but it would not add the shake to the order without charging for it. Once the order was ready, I went to pick it up and asked the toothless Hispanic employee about the free shake for registering online. He replied, "What free shake, no, not a free shake." I explained again about the free advertisement for a shake as a welcome for registering. He still went on with saying No free shake.." "Ok, well, stop Bait and switch customers when they register online, order and purchase from your website." Either you offer this, or you're just lying about the offer.

Aside from that, the wings were good, and the chicken basket was ok( just very salty). My fries were not fresh. $45 was the total cost. Guess it was OK, probably not my favorite...
