I just left with my food an hour ago and I'm still upset with what just happened.
I ordered my food and waited patiently for around 15-20 minutes. I got a little concerned when I noticed the family (#34) who ordered after my simple order getting their food (#33).
After a few minutes, that family came back to the counter because there was a problem with their food. He pulls out a few things in the bag and shows them the food. THREE employees are standing there pulling out the food trying to ascertain what each item was. I'm standing a few feet away watching this all happen.
They finally figure out that this was not that families order. A minute or so they call out #33 and point to those two bags of food that FOUR people rummaged through...INCLUDING THE CUSTOMER WHO HAD FILTHY FINGERNAILS.
I walked up to Ricky, who also took my order and told him that I sat there and watched this entire disgusting circus act and I was not taking that food home to my family. I told him they will be REDOING everything I ordered fresh.
For any of those employees to think that serving food that had been touched by a random customer and his family, two barehanded employees and two latex gloved employees who've touched countless surfaces was an acceptable idea is disturbing and offensive. After going through a pandemic and hopefully after proper food handling and sanitation training, this should not happen.
Who TF is managing this restaurant and these kids. I'm glad I was paying attention and not staring at my phone, focusing on something else or in the drive-thru. I want to vomit just...
Read moreIn-N-Out Burger in Katy, TX, is a fast-food institution that truly lives up to its reputation. If you’re heading here, let me give you a pro tip: Animal Style is a must. Trust me, once you try it, there’s no going back!
The burgers are everything you could want from a classic American joint—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. But the real magic happens when you order Animal Style. The extra tang from the grilled onions, the added crunch, and the rich, gooey cheese make for a combination that is nothing short of legendary. It’s the kind of burger that makes you close your eyes and savor each bite, questioning how something so simple can taste so good.
And don’t even get me started on the fries. Sure, they’re great on their own, but once you go Animal Style, with that special sauce and melted cheese smothering those crispy spuds, it’s a whole new level of indulgence. It’s like they’ve taken the concept of fries and just decided to elevate it to greatness.
Now, let’s talk about the drive-through. Yes, it’s long. I won’t sugarcoat it—during peak hours, you might find yourself in a line that seems to stretch into the next zip code. But here’s the thing: it’s worth the wait. The staff keeps things moving efficiently, and once you sink your teeth into that burger, all thoughts of the wait time vanish into thin air.
In-N-Out isn’t just a meal; it’s an experience. So, if you’re in Katy and craving a burger, do yourself a favor and head to In-N-Out. Just remember, Animal Style is non-negotiable, and the drive-through line? Consider it a...
Read moreThis place runs like a well oiled machine even though it stays packed. Parking was easy, and even though there were a lot of people and the line kept moving, it actually went by fast. So kudos to them for that I love that. The staff were friendly, quick to help, and made ordering simple. I also liked how the menu was laid out easy to read, no gimmicks, just straight to the point.
While waiting, I noticed they were hand cutting fries in the back, which gives you that fresh, homemade feel. Pro tip: if you come with someone, have one person grab a table while the other stays in line it gets very busy and fills up quickly.Do what I’m saying!
Our food came out fast, and the presentation was clean and appealing. They have vegetarian options, which is a plus, and a nice selection of sauces and peppers to customize your meal. The fries had a softer, oven-baked style texture personally, I prefer them crispier like McDonald’s, but they were still decent. If you like softer fries, you’ll probably enjoy them more than I did.
The burger itself was good, though it could’ve used a bit more seasoning. Still, it was satisfying and definitely family friendly. Prices are very reasonable, making it a solid choice if you’re looking for something inexpensive that works well for groups or families who don’t want to overspend.
Overall, it’s a good spot with quick service, fresh food, and an energetic atmosphere. For me, it lands at 4 stars good enough that I’d come back, especially when I want something fast and filling that doesn’t...
