I am actually writing this review as I am waiting in line (I’ve been waiting in line over 40’minutes and actually I was here longer than this I just left to get gas and came back). I do not recommend coming here on a weekend or Friday because this may be their busiest times. I haven’t yet experienced the lights yet as I am waiting BUT I know for sure I will never come back because of the lack of customer service here! The parking lot attendants do not properly delegate the line instead they stand in a huddle with their blankets and jackets and when they feel like letting another lane go when no one in coming through that’s when they decide to go to the next lane (which is crazy) you let a certain amount in each lane go through so that people aren’t waiting almost an hour. It’s probably people who I was here after me going before me! Like I literally have been sitting at this cone since 8:15 and it’s 9:14 and all the parking lot attendant can say is sorry it’s a lot of people here. My first...
Read moreWorst light show experience ever right from the start to the end. At first the entrance was so busy it took one hr to reach thee spot to purchase tickets. The staff over there has the worst customer service.
After we turned off the headlights the volunteers at the light won’t let us stop for few mints to take pictures was rushing us to move on after paying 54 dollars we don’t have the choice to enjoy the lights.
It’s to pricey for a light show I have never paid this much for a one mile light show that too sitting in a car and drive. The rates should be between 20-30 per car. It’s not worth the price.
Will never recommend or come again to this place again. The reason we came here was because I read some article the top 10 best light shows in Houston and this place was the #1 in that list. Never judge people recommending online websites read reviews and do some research before...
Read moreMake sure you book your tickets on line before going. You'll receive an email with your tickets soon after you pay. You can buy 3d glasses on site in case you change your mind. When you drive up you will de directed where to park/wait. Cars go in in batches. Tune in to 100.1 FM so you can see the light sync to the music. You'll zig back and forth like six times. Each line is lighted different and a sight to behold. Kids loved it. It's not something I woukd go through twice or go again this year but good family time. You can go twice for 15 bucks. No traffic going in or out so you can move on to wherever after. The full experience was roughly 45 minutes.
We went in by 8:40 on a Wednesday. time varies I think I saw on Instagram that they are open weekdays but close by 10 Weekends close11. Although the website says they close by...
