Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

Not impressed. Have ordered from this dominos several times and have had quite a few issues like pizza not being fully cooked and gooey, to pizza being burnt, and pizza not being what I ordered (ordered pan pepperoni and got pan cheese). The second time I ordered a pan pepperoni and got a cheese, I called and asked them to send out the correct pizza, and the lady told me “it says cheese on our system, so I don’t think I can send another since it’s not our fault, but hold on.” Comes back a couple min later and says “I’m gonna go ahead and send you a replacement, but next time you need to call us and make sure your order went thru right” 🙄🧐 EXCUSE ME. Why wouldn’t I just call in and order on the phone in the first place, then? What’s the point of ordering online? & the replacement pizza we received was gooey and gross and is making my stomach turn. Won’t be ordering from this...

Food is good, if it ever shows up, and even then, I've gotten wings where half of them didn't have any sauce on them. Every time the delivery drivers will just forget something entirely and try and make a bunch of different excuses and sob stories as to why they managed to forget an entire item or complain how they're understaffed that day. Drivers will also stuff all of your items, along with someone else's, into one bag, leaving your pizza crushed. A lot of times, the food is cold by the time it gets to you, so you're stuck with a lukewarm pizza, and barely any of your items. For people who are very touchy about not getting tipped well, these drivers sure make it hard to give them anything higher than 5%, if that. Forget about delivery, just pick it up yourself, you actually might get it quicker and at least you'll know what's missing while you're...

I ordered the chicken bacon ranch sub on Sunday night around 10 pm. The photo posted on domino's site looked delicious but what I got was the worst sandwich I've ever tried to eat! And try I did, and even waited till yesterday morning to try again. It was impossible to eat. It was horrible. It had very little chicken, little crumbs of bacon and no ranch flavor at all.
