2nd chance for this location within the past few months. Always go just for the fries and it’s worth the wait for them to cook them to order. . Usually they give you piping hot product, overflowing bag, ample Cajun seasoning. Past 2 times I’ve spent almost $12 for only fries and they hardly filled the cup. They were overcooked, almost burnt withered things, , and had hardly any seasoning. The most recent visit, the order was ready in less than a minute. Not freshly made.. I swear the cook just threw some old regular leftover fries from lunch in my bag and sprinkled a dash cajun over them. They were almost cold, and hard/ again overcooked. One of the food workers from the back rang up my order (no designated cashier), and did so with visibly oily, greasy gloves. Did not remove to handle the money and went to the back afterwards without donning a new pair. The dining floor was visibly dirty as well with large food bits under the tables. Yuck.    Read moreThe floor by the entrance was incredibly slippery. As I was standing by the entrance waiting for my friend to meet me at the restaurant, a woman walked in and slipped and fell right in front of me. I helped her up, but not a single worker came out from behind the counter to do anything about the slippery floor -- and they definitely saw it. The floor was not wet, it seemed more like it was grease or oil. When I later went into the bathroom, it was even more slippery than the entrance. I had to take very small steps to make sure that I didn't fall and I was wearing shoes that had pretty good tread. My thought is that maybe someone mopped up a grease spill earlier in the day and then used that same mop and essentially spread the oil throughout the restaurant and bathrooms.
The lack of action by the employees after witnessing a customer slip and fall on a greasy/oily floor is completely unacceptable...
   Read moreCalled in an order 2 weeks ago and when I arrived the food was not ready and had to wait 30 minutes which was no big deal, I was not in a hurry. The young manager was fantastic and took down my information and said the next time we ate there it was free. I called in tonight and the unfriendly gentleman that answered the phone said he could not find my information and ask if I had a receipt. I said I did not since I was unaware I needed to keep track of it after their error and he said there was nothing he could do. At the time, I told my children the manager handled the situation perfectly! Now I have to backtrack and tell them how a good PR move turned horribly bad. Will not return.
