Mill Station — Local services in Owings Mills

BE WARE!!!!!!! Visit OWINGS MILLS AMC theater or any business in Mill Station with caution. Thieves are stealing catalytic converters while you are in the theater. (A 6:30 PM Movie Showing.) Management says that this is a known problem at this theater. If this is a known problem, patrons should be aware. Management also believes that this is an “inside job”. It’s been weeks without a working vehicle. Thieves cut and damaged our catalytic converter while attempting to steal it. Theater Management hasn’t been helpful. No one is taking accountability. AMC Management then forwarded us to KIMCO, the property management company. KIMCO says the blame is on the security company. Everyone is given us the runaround. This has been a horrible customer service experience.

Imagine going to the movies with your family and coming out to a non-working vehicle. This has caused me both financial and emotional stress.

Per Management’s request, they’ve had an estimate for repairs for weeks and they still have failed to escalate or resolved this matter.

I wanted to make this continues and serious situation known to the patrons of Mill Station since the AMC Owings Mills and KIMCO Mill Station is keeping tight...

I have been to this nail salon a few times and learned quickly that the brands gel polish they often use don’t last, peel off and chip easily. The have a huge OPI poster in the front window when you enter. The last 2 times I visited this location I requested to see the OPI options. Doing this was wonderful, I did not have a chip or peel on neither my fingernail or toenails. Fast forward to today 7/11. I did not have an appointment but I was okay to wait. I arrived at Noon. The new receptionist greeted me and had me to sign in. I told her I wanted to see the OPI selection. She provided it and I proceeded to wait. 20 minutes later I was finally told by a nail tech to have a seat at her station. I had the OPI board paint options with me, before I could ask about color options or tell her the services I wanted she got up and said “we don’t got any of those” and walked away. I waited a few minutes, when she did not return I just got up and left. It is not just about offering a service but more about offering a service WELL. There are a dozen nail salons in the Owings Mills area. Convenience is no longer just location but the QUALITY and RESPECT...

It's a mall with Lowes, Costco, Giant, and other smaller shops. I find it convenient to combine trips to the many shops. At Lowes, it can be difficult to find someone, but most are helpful when they finally have time. Only once was an employee insulting. Giant has even fewer people to assist, but I guess I don't expect too much help around grocery stores. I've never been to this Costco. The other shops are convenient too. I got a good deal at the Mattress Warehouse there, for example. Friendly staff and a lot of mattresses (go figure). There's a lot more in the area. This is what I've experienced. Why only 4 stars?
