Fowl Mouth Food Truck is nothing short of spectacular! I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying their delicious creations multiple times, and they’ve exceeded my expectations every single time. Let me tell you, their Caesar salad is in a league of its own – not your typical Caesar, but a work of art bursting with flavor that keeps me coming back. And the sandwiches? Massive, juicy, and loaded with bold, mouth-watering flavor. The KFC sandwich is my personal favorite, a true masterpiece on a bun.

And then there’s the star attraction: their ‘Totchos’ – a brilliant twist on nachos, where they use tater tots instead of chips. It’s indulgent, perfectly seasoned, and the portions are beyond generous.

For anyone wondering where the chicken is on their nachos – well, perhaps next time try reading the menu before launching into reviews. Fowl Mouth doesn’t serve nachos with chicken, and they don’t need to; everything they serve is already more than worth every penny. one bite of this burger and the whole thing fell apart because they use a very dry bun that doesnt hold. it was a horrible experience picking out the whole burger with my fingers through a flash flood of mayo and whatever they slopped on it. i get it . make a big monster burger and douse it down with a bunch of stuff and praise it but atleast make the burger stay together. nothing worse than a dry bun on a burger. the place inside is very weird also. none of the food locations have their own branding feel to entice. i had no clue about any of the vendors and i felt extremely confused on what to buy and everything is crazy expensive. the bar or something is tucked in the back near a bathroom i think or something. i waited a couple years for this and that is what i get? not impressed. but im sure i'll get the good ol fashion response excuse with i'm sorry for your experience our bread is normally amazing and never falls apart. lol let's hear it! not sure how they are gonna pay 10k per month for rent with that type of burger but...

I’m from MS so I know good fried chicken. 🍗 Let me start with the good: The crunch on these chicken tenders is unmatched! Probably some of the crunchiest chicken I’ve ever had. It was cooked perfectly…tender, juicy, hot and seasoned very well. However, there was a spice that made me give this chicken eagle eyes. If my taste buds are correct, the mystery spice is anise. And let me just tell yall, anise doesn’t belong on fried chicken. Even though the flavor was very subtle, I could still taste it. So that kind of ruined it for me. I ordered the Secret Sauce and ranch and both sauces were 100. That ranch was thick, creamy and full of flavor.
