I arrived, and saw no other staff than the ones at the register, so my first assumption was to go to the register and order.

I was not aware that I was ordering “to go” only and could not use the dining room - I’m so used to ordering at the counter, and eating at the tables, but no - the dining room is for “Dine in” customers only, which was not clear. I understand reserving the seats for actual customers (instead of just bystanders), but once I paid for my order and tried to sit down, I was quickly instructed that I couldn’t sit there. Didn’t say why.

Then I tried to sit at a table near the bar, and was asked if I was ordering something. I showed my receipt and was told that i had a “to go” order and had to wait by the (already crowded) counter.

So I went over to the entrance to wait. Once my name was called, I received a plate. My name, my order number, my food. I turned around and was about to ask if I could sit in the dining room, as I had a plate, only to have the plate taken out of my hands before I could say anything. The waitress started “that’s not your food”. I was baffled. My name, my food, my order number.

However, I didn’t have the chance to do anything, as my plate was taken back to the counter (that I was less than 5 feet from). I was extremely confused.

Then I was told that the waitress was waiting on the SAME order, and mine would be in a to go box, but because they touched it, I couldn’t accept the food until they remade it. (I understand sanitary rules)

As I waited again, the staff talked amongst themselves, then kept pointing at me (again, less than 5 feet away) like I didn’t existed, trying to figure out what I wanted.

Needless to say, I got my box and booked it out of there, expecting to be stopped again.

I read many other reviews that state that the “dining room” and “to go” areas are distinct, but not very well labeled or instructed. I would have ordered “Dine In” if I knew, but there weren’t any clear instructions that I could grab a seat and order, as other food services at airports don’t have that policy.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I felt like I...

MANAGEMENT/OWNERSHIP PLEASE READ. 5 stars for the food and our server. Corinna was amazing and carried herself professionally despite being a one woman show for the whole seating area. The seating was table service only but it was not clearly written on the tables and the one sign in the entrance encouraged people to seat themselves. This was also very misleading to the customers who had purchased food in the grab and go line and were dismayed when they could not sit down to eat it. This means in order for your server to make money they have to tell people Who just bought food in line that they cannot sit down. People were understandably not happy about that and unfortunately took it out on her. This girl got mouthed off to about once every 30 seconds while we were there and I can’t imagine the harassment she has to endure just to get those tables to make her living. Please consider having larger and more clear signage at all entrances communicating that the seating is table service only so your grab and go customers won’t feel misled and your server will not have to get harassed to make her living because of misleading/lack of signage.

On August 23rd around noon, We ate here before our flight. There's no signage that says there is table service in the seating area. I stood in a very long line. I spent $50 on food and beverages. We sat down in the seating area and a tall, thin woman with blondish hair in a bun came up to us and said, "The seating is for people that sit down and order!" She then went around to all the rest of the tables telling everyone else that. Literally no one knew. She was extremely rude the whole time we were there. She walked around making comments out loud about people being in her area that shouldn't be there. Perhaps if she wasn't at the bar talking to the bartender and other staff and paid attention to people, we might know that there was seating and we could be served at the table. Also, a sign at the entrance of the seating area would be really helpful for people!. I've never heard or seen such a rude server in my life. All of us ate at the tables because we did buy food at your establishment. I see a common thread in your reviews. Lots of complaints and lots of whoever the manager is trying to cover up the fact that they do it. Your staff...

I dined at this restaurant in Terminal 2 of Raleigh Airport and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. It seemed clear that the food was hastily prepared by someone lacking proper culinary skills. Both the quality and presentation fell short of expectations, especially considering how appetizing the menu images appeared — quite misleading, to be honest. Additionally, my experience with the beverages was underwhelming. The hot beverage I initially ordered was unavailable, and the alternative provided was excessively sweet to the point of being undrinkable. While the service wasn't the most efficient, I will note that some staff members did make a pleasant effort to be nice amidst the chaos. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this restaurant. The combination of poor food quality, misleading advertising, and hit-or-miss service suggests that your dining options might be better explored elsewhere in the airport.

The bread is absolutely fabulous and tastes great just don't come here for a coffee beverage. I asked for macchiato and they said they don't have it then I asked for a cappuccino and you can see the video that is not what I received.

Located just past security at the start of the D terminal. Lines get long quickly, especially when there are only 2 registers available. House blend coffee is available in 2 sizes: 12 and 16oz and is self-serve when you have paid for your cup size. Milk options are the little non-dairy tubs, no fresh milk or milk alternates. Coffee was hot, but tasted very light - as if there wasn't enough coffee when brewing. I probably should have waited for a cafe au lait or other espresso drink. Many pastries, cookies, and breads on display. My croissant was very crisp and fresh. Prices were as expected for the airport. I didn't see any table service or any food other than pastries and bread. Other reviews mentioned these, but it wasn't available early morning. This is definitely the most busy shop in Terminal D at 6:30am.
