Lazy Dog Donuts — Restaurant in Jensen Beach

Decided to try this place after driving by it for a while.

Long story short, don't sleep on this place. The owner was very friendly and dear god the donuts. I got a regular glazed donut because this should be the standard that donut shops are graded on. No lie, this was the best glazed donut I have had in my life. Get out of here dunkin, you've been dethroned. My wife had the chocolate glazed and loved it.

When my go to Jupiter Donuts was closed I searched for another donut shop in Stuart - with high reviews I drove an extra 7 miles to this place to pick up donuts for my grandchildren- when I entered the very quiet shop I didn’t smell freshly made donuts as I should have - that was my first sign… second there were only 6 donuts in the entire case- I asked specifically if they were made fresh that morning to which she said - yes, I make them fresh every morning- These donuts were not freshly made. I love how the reasteraunt is inside a house. I feel so comfortable when I am waiting there for my food. They have books, 5 in a row, and jenga.

The service was amazing. The people had great attudes, and it seemed like they loved working there.

The food there was the best breakfast I've ever had. The donut was so sweet, and the sausage and egg wrap was the best part. The eggs were cooked perfectly, and the sausage was not dry at all.
