I have visited twice.
First was through the drive through at breakfast. Only person in line and ended up waiting 20+ minutes. I understand growing pains/new restaurant.
Today I stopped for lunch on my way home. Went inside. Learned that they are a drive thru focused restaurant which made me question my understanding of the first visit.
No fountain drink inside. You have to ask for refills. I'm not going to wait at the counter for someone to come get me a drink at McDonald's. Also the ketchup was not good. It was thick like tomato paste. I dunno if it was because of not being used or....???
Being directed to use the self pay kiosks is fine, but people still need to be at the counter when drinks are needed or issues arise.
My order ended up being wrong. So even if I had gone the "preferred method" of the restaurant, I would have had a sandwich that was wrong and unwanted when I got home. They remade my sandwich but, after a longer wait then initially placing my order, it was cold.
Something of note. While I was waiting, the drive thru line was rarely followed. Nearly everyone that went to the drive thru when I was sitting there was circling in the parking lot on the west side of the restaurant instead of going around the building. The tire tracks on the pavement tell me that is normal. Just beware of parking on that side (west side) of the building. If you do, park as close to 620...
Read moreNice, new interior, very convenient location to go to after school or soccer games/practices, but instead I will drive to other nearby McDonalds or choose one of the other fast food options. They constantly get our order wrong, forget things, give us quarter pounders plain with nothing on them, the patties are tiny, thin and tasteless. I have sat in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes before and the only reason I didn’t leave or go inside is because I had two young children strapped into car seats. They have given us all our food, forgetting the drinks, and then disappeared from the window. Tonight, I could hear the workers laughing and cackling in the background when I ordered my food, and they messed up the order again. I parked, unbuckled my kids, and went inside to show them the burger, and then had to sit and wait while I watched the staff stand around and laugh and joke with each other. The second burger was somehow worse than the first plain one. This is the worst McDonalds location and after many, many chances, we are finally done for good. I will not be going back, and corporate needs to look at all of these...
Read moreThis location is new. They have been doing great the few times I've gone there. Until recently, I had a bad experience with one of their employees. I had gotten a large lemonade, and for some reason, this employee got annoyed that I had asked to correct it from a medium. So she poured it into a large cup and poured more ice. Then I asked for ketchup packets to go, and she rolled her eyes and said there was ketchup in the lobby(ketchup, you pour into small cups). I had to inform her it was to go. I spoke to the manager, and he said his name was Eric, and he didn't have much to say. Overall, it is McDonald's. But it's a new McDonald's. I was giving it the benefit of the doubt to be better since it's new. This all happened on Tuesday night.
Tldr: New employees are annoyed if you try to correct them about your order. So be wary about your orders. Start checking your food if...
