Picaribe 1 — Restaurant in Oak Ridge

1st time here and OMG what a bad experience, I usually cook my own meal but was in a rush tonite June 14-2023 and grabbed some rice with guandules , some frie chicken and hispanic sausage (Longaniza), Rice was uncooked it was hard and with no flavor at all, chichen was salty, the extra salt they put on the chicken should had being on the rice """ JUST SAYING" it came with salad and I told the lady to put it on the side so it doesn't get soggy she place it together with the warm food! Customer service was horrible the lady in the front not friendly at all! Please owner of this food truck if you doesn't know how to cook different food for other countries stop advertising all this food that obviously you don't know how to cook!!! First off mofongo is not made with ripe plantain. If I would have known i was ordering a sweet mofongo, i would not have bought it. The tripleta was ok. The chicken breast had no flavor and when you ask for salt they dont have any (got salt from another food truck to season their food.) The salad had a dressing already mixed in it which we didnt like. Dressing should be on the side. The whole time ordering you're not acknowledged and then you're rushed to order. Then they honk their bus horn for you to come get your food while you're right there waiting for it. It's unnecessary. I crossed the parking lot and had arepas instead. Now THAT was great food. Cold meat, old lettuce that smell, it was just ground beef it wasn't even a tripleta!! Just one meat, not three meats, Bad attention, we asked for lemonade witouth ice, and then served it with ice, we told them and they did not comply with the situation... Alcapurias we're made out of yuca not plantain, dehydrated,everything is overpriced!! 2 lemonades, 2 sandwiches folded with 10 feet of aluminum foil to make the sandwiches look big, cold bread and wasn't even toasted, two bocadillos called alcapurias for $31.95... just go to Melao bakery and save your pocket...
