Glamorous donuts but looks can be deceiving. You are definitely paying for the social media clout from the "couture" selection. If you want donuts that taste good and don't break the bank, you are better off elsewhere. Make no mistake, these donuts are amazing looking. Fabulous and enticing, these would be showstoppers in any display. But after sampling 5 Couture Donuts, these are a hard pass in the future. We ordered the Eclair, Sugar Plum, Creme Brulee, Nutella Hazelnut, and Dubai donuts. They are all the same base donut but are jazzed up and flavored afterwards. The donut base itself is...not good, which I would argue is the heart of these treats. The crumb of the pastry is soft but dense. These are not "fluffy", anyone who says these are must be eating crackers for bread. There is also a somewhat thick layer of oil on the outside of the donut that gives it a sort of "skin" or bite. If these were fresh out of the fryer I'd bet they were crispy but cooling and decorating these would prevent a hot fresh donut from happening. With the deep golden brown color on the exterior, I'd say these remind me of a "malasada" style donut but the insides are completely different. As for the flavors or varieties of donuts, they taste as titled. Problem is they lean toward being a little too sweet, to extremely sweet. The Eclair looked as if it would be one of the sweetest ones but it turned out to be milder than the rest. The Sugar Plum stood out the most because of the towering appearance of it and it doesn't even fit in the box they provide, the thing scrapes the ceiling. It also is hands down the sweetest thing I have ever eaten. The only taste is sugar, it is ridiculously sweet. We couldn't even eat a quarter of the thing. Creme Brulee and Nutella donuts taste like creme brulee and nutella, nothing of note here. Still super sweet though. But lastly the Dubai donut, it was acceptable only because it was different as it had a pistachio filling inside. It was a nice change of taste in a sea of sugar. The inside of the location is nice and clean. Service was friendly and helpful but not 5 stars as they haven't figured out how to manage the long lines out the door. They kept yelling at customers to keep the door closed. There were plenty of empty tables as most people were just getting take out. Perhaps getting rid of some tables to account for the long lines would help. Wait time until ordering was about 25 minutes. I can' really blame the staff for the wait as it's the customers that don't know what they want and end up holding up the line. At close to $10 a donut, we spent just under $50 for 5 Couture donuts before tax. Worth it? Maybe if you are just taking pictures. While Saint Honore does not skimp on the fillings and decorations, I'd say taste alone isn't worth the trip. You really have to be in it for the "look", otherwise, it's best to head elsewhere for your donut needs.

We visited Saint Honoré Doughnuts & Beignets to try their viral sensation donuts. The store itself is a charming sight, beautifully decorated with an inviting ambiance that sets high expectations for the treats within. We sampled a variety of their offerings, including the crème brûlée donut, strawberry sprinkles, and the seasonal lemon cake donut. Visually, these donuts were stunning - each one a work of art that seemed almost too pretty to eat. The attention to detail in their decoration is impressive and certainly explains their social media popularity. However, the taste didn't quite live up to the visual appeal. While beautiful, the donuts were unfortunately on the dry side. This was particularly noticeable with the crème brûlée and lemon cake varieties, which we expected to be more moist. The flavors were pleasant, but the dryness detracted from the overall experience. We also tried the beignets, hoping for a classic New Orleans-style treat. While they were indeed airy, they seemed to be over-risen, resulting in centers that were mostly hollow. This led to a less satisfying bite than we'd hoped for, as we prefer our beignets to have a bit more substance. On the positive side, the strawberry sprinkles donut was the best of the bunch, with a good balance of sweetness and slightly less dryness than its counterparts. It's worth noting that perhaps we visited on an off day. Given the popularity and visual appeal of their products, it's possible that our experience wasn't representative of their usual quality. While Saint Honoré Doughnuts & Beignets excels in presentation and ambiance, the actual quality of their signature items on our visit left room for improvement. For those prioritizing Instagram-worthy treats, this place is a gold mine. However, if you're seeking exceptional taste in your donuts and beignets, you might want to temper your expectations or consider giving them another chance on a different day.

I had actually been wanting try to their donuts for months, ever since they had gone viral on TikTok. I thought I had my first chance back in August when I passed through Las Vegas on a road trip, but they wouldn't take same day orders. I asked if I could swing by the store and buy any donuts they had left. They said no; they were all out of donuts. Sounds ridiculous, but ok. So this time, on my trip to Vegas, I made sure to put in my order two days in advance. Our pick up was scheduled for 2pm, but they were ready for us by 1pm. The bakery itself had a nice, upscale vibe. You can skip the line and pick up your donuts at the pickup counter if you have an online order. I noticed that there was a line of people without preorders and a counter full of donuts, which I thought was interesting given what I was previously told. Among four people, we got six donuts: two creme brûlée, two dubai donuts, 1 hazelnut, and 1 strawberry shortcake. This was way too much for us as the donuts were huge, so I would definitely keep this in mind when ordering. To be honest, the creme brûlée and strawberry shortcake donuts were pretty good, but didn't necessarily blow me away. The hazelnut one was alright. And the Dubai donut was the biggest scam of the century. $10 a piece and you can't include it in the combo. You HAVE to buy it a la carte. It wasn't bad... but it definitely did not live up to the hype. Biting into it flooded me with instant regret. We all need to leave the Dubai chocolate trend in 2024. Is this place worth a visit? I'm leaning slightly towards the no side. The donuts are pretty and make a nice picture, but $50 for 6 donuts is a bit ridiculous regardless of how "couture" they are. My experience with ordering was also a bit annoying and left a bad taste in my mouth.

I don’t even know where to begin this review. After seeing all the videos, I knew I had to stop by Saint Honore during my trip to Vegas. To begin with, the donuts were to DIE for! I ordered a mix and match box of six which cost $30. It may seem like a lot for a box of donuts, but trust me the delicious flavors and texture of the donuts were worth it! Something to look out for while ordering your donuts is to make sure that you tell the person helping you out which donut box you want. The store offers three different options, a classic box (classic donuts only), a couture box (couture donuts only), and a mix and match box (classic and couture). When ordering my donuts, I thought that as long as you got classic AND couture donuts, it would be a mix and match box, but when it was time to check out, the lady almost had us pay a whopping $47. When my mom asked why we almost got charged $14 more, the lady said that the price of our box was decided by the majority of the donuts we had picked out. We had two classic donuts and four couture donuts, so we ended up having to return our second Creme Brule and switching it out for another classic donut. This ended up lowering the price by $14 whereas a regular couture box is $38. I honestly think that there shouldn’t be a certain number of couture and classic donuts in the mix and match box because it's based on personal preference and the donuts YOU want to purchase. Even if there was only ONE classic donut in the box, it should still be a mix and match because it doesn’t make sense to pay $5 to $6 (depending on the day) for ONE donut and still have to pay for a separate box of couture/classic donuts. Although the donuts were worth the wait, my mom had A LOT to say about the amount of time we spent in line. The customer service was great as the person who helped us out was very kind, but no joke, we waited in line for 1 hour and 10 minutes! There was only one cashier working during our visit which definitely backed up the line that circled around the shop and had people waiting outside from time to time during a 110° temperature. Since I was leaving Vegas at the time that I visited the shop, I can't exactly tell you a good time to visit, but don't visit early in the morning during shop opening and don't visit too late into the afternoon whereas when I visited at a late time both shops were sold out. Although this has nothing to do with the actual donuts and shop itself I was really hoping to meet Alexandra (shop owner, business founder). I guess meeting her is something you get by luck so I can't complain about that, but I would love to meet her sometime in the future when I visit again and I definitely recommend stopping by Saint Honore and grabbing yourself a few...

I recently visited Saint Honoré Donuts with a friend who was in town, and unfortunately, our experience was less than impressive. We were driving by and I suggested we stop in, as I had heard decent things and had a prior experience ordering their contour donuts from another location a few months ago. At that time, the donuts were good (albeit a bit pricey), so I figured it was worth checking out again—this time in person.

Upon entering, there were only about three parties ahead of us, but the line moved surprisingly slow. When we finally reached the front, we found that most of the contour donuts were already sold out, which was disappointing considering it was still fairly early in the day.

The first thing that really stood out—unfortunately in a negative way—was the customer service. Out of the 4 or 5 staff members I saw working, at least three were openly rude and dismissive, making us feel like we were more of an inconvenience than welcome customers. It was a genuinely uncomfortable experience, and especially disappointing because I had been looking forward to sharing this place with my friend.

We ended up ordering three signature donuts and one contour donut, which I believe was a piña colada-inspired flavor. Sadly, none of the donuts met expectations. The texture leaned more towards a dense cake than a traditional donut, which could be fine for some, but if you’re craving a classic, airy donut experience, this definitely isn’t it. The flavors were okay but nothing special—certainly not worth the $20 price tag for four donuts.

On top of that, I ordered an ube latte, which I had high hopes for, but it was nearly undrinkable. The drink tasted overwhelmingly of concentrate—overly sweet and syrupy, almost like drinking pure sugar. It was served in a small cup, but the flavor was so potent and unbalanced it would’ve made more sense as a diluted base for a 24oz drink, not a small latte. Just not enjoyable.

All in all, this visit was disappointing from start to finish. Between the slow service, poor attitude from staff, underwhelming quality of the donuts, and the overpriced, overly sweet drink, I left feeling like this was a missed opportunity both for us and the business. I might consider giving another location a shot in the future—particularly for the contour donuts I once enjoyed—but honestly, the service at this location left such a bad impression that I’m not sure it’s worth it.

I don’t take writing negative reviews lightly, but I hope this feedback is helpful to the team at Saint Honoré. There’s clearly potential here, but without significant improvements in both customer service and consistency of product quality, I can’t recommend this...
