Pizza CO 850 — Restaurant in Freeport

I am not one to leave bad reviews, but this is by far the worst customer service I have had. It began by the delivery person leaving our pizza on our doorstep after a 1.5 hour wait without ringing our doorbell (had no clue it was even there). I called and asked to have my pizza remade (again, out of character for me) but I was just blown away by leaving $50 worth of two small pizzas on someone’s doorstep. When I went in to get my new pizzas the manager and worker STILL tried to argue that this was somehow my fault. I am leaving out several details that are just too much to explain of just how terrible the customer service is here. I can deal with mistakes, a matter of fact we have continued to go here even when mistakes were made to support local business but demeaning service and pointless argumentative service is where I will have to draw the...

This was our first time visiting from Crestview. Cat and her crew were great! We were greeted upon arrival and shown the menu board. Any and all questions were answered promptly. We ordered 2 different small pizzas to try a couple 9f different flavors that sounded delicious..... and they were! We also started with an order of garlic knots that were wonderful! Crispy on the outside and soft and doughy on the inside, topped with a seasoned garlicky olive oil, perfect for the dish, which also came with a side of marinara if you prefer.The pizza dough is hand made and hand tossed and covered with your choice of sauces, then topped with high quality ingredients. This is the very first time I've ever reviewed a restaurant. I feel compelled because 850 Pizza has dropped this same ball 3 out of the 4 times I've ordered pizza from them over the last year. I call them they say delivery or carry out? I say carry out. They say 30 minutes. I show up in 30 minutes. They take my money then start making my pizza. 30 minutes cooling my heels, with the young lady who said 2 minutes when I first arrived. Couple of others who came in after me. One sharing my frustration who was told 7 minutes after he arrived was getting angry after the 20 plus minutes he had waited so far. I forgave them the first couple times but this is my last visit.
