AJ'S Rajun Cajun — Restaurant in Conway

I travel a lot with my girlfriend and family and I have never been more impressed by a family-owned business. AJ, his family, and other employees are all super friendly and I cannot imagine a better man than AJ to run the place. His passion is apparent in every aspect of the business, and especially in the crawfish!

When I first went, AJ told me that they were currently out of crawfish, but still wanted to take the time to tell me about his ideas behind crawfish boiling. With a smile on his face and the drive to please, AJ eagerly explained his method of Cajun cooking for the crawfish in particular. I was hooked.

I came back the next day with my girlfriend and we order 2 pounds of the crawfish boil, including potatoes, sausage, and corn. We also ordered and extra pound and the Rajun Mac to go along with it.

I have never tasted better crawfish in my life. I love to eat crawfish but no place has ever come close to what I know as the best and that was my standard expectation. Yet AJ seemed to surpass that expectation! The crawfish were seasoned to PERFECTION. And I absolutely mean PERFECTION. And the mac n cheese was to die for! It was the perfect blend of creamy white-cheddar mac that we love with that spicy Cajun seasoning topped with crawfish tails.

I really need to emphasize that AJ's Rajun Cajun is a one-of-a-kind type of establishment. And although their hours can be hard to work around, I strongly suggest checking them out ASAP! You will NOT regret your decision.

Ordered 3 pounds of crawfish and they were FANTASTIC! Very flavorful, fresh, and hot! Tastes like classic Louisiana style crawfish. Way better than other places I’ve been to.
