So I there about 2 weeks ago on a Monday it was after 2 so I thought the lines were gonna be died down but that wasn't the case... the line through the drive-through was wrapped around the corner and they were 3 employees outside taking their orders... They were doing an awesome job... I decided to go in and hopes the line weren't as long but much to my surprise it was just as long but again ..they employees were doing an excellent job... No exaggeration.. there was approximately or 7 -9 people and a very small area just pumping the food out.. All with smiles on their face... All of a sudden a manager comes through with a floor washer machine and decides to wash the floor with it being a pack restaurants and 9 employees on the floor putting employees and customers in danger.. The employees could not helped to look at him like WTF and the customer start saying " you have to do this now"?. It was the weirdest and most unprofessional thing I think I've ever seen and chik a fila.. The floors were soaked in the back where those poor and please more running around and then he started to come out and wash the floor where we got our pick up from..?????? Everyone was looking at hand like I had 2 heads... And I know they're busy but it was the 1st time I was not happy with my food my bun all but disintegrated in my hand as though it was super super dried out..weird experience. I gave them a 3 because the employees were awesome but the manager and whoever made my food fell...
Read moreWe planned a Birthday Party for my son a couple of weeks ago for today!!! We were all very excited as it was his first real kids birthday party!! We arrived a little early and the tables were not reserved yet there were no balloons!! About 15 mins prior to the start of the party and the manager finally came and reserved the tables!!! 15 mins after the party started and guests arrived still no balloons and no party planner!! I inquired at this point with the manager and he stated he would call the planner and find out where she was!! She finally made an appearance about 10:30 when the manager came back and took the reserved signs from the tables and regular customers then sat down in the middle of our party!! We quickly snagged another table as there was nowhere for the kids to sit as they were playing in the play area!! Then I was told no balloons as the helium vendor never showed up this week. So they were going to drop the price to half!!! Then the kids meals were brought out and no drinks!!! I had to go get those and the party planner finally came out of the back and got the kids drinks. Before the kids finshed eating the ice cream came out with the cow!! The kids had fun with cow!!! Everyone got their faces painted and ice cream was a hit!! We sang happy birthday and did gifts!!! Then they gave me my deposit back and the party was free of charge!!! The kids had a great time as they love being together!!! Fun was...
Read moreThis was the worse experience at a Chick-fil-A I’ve ever had. I order from the Chick-fil-A in North Myrtle Beach every morning 6 days a week for breakfast this is an amazing restaurant unfortunately the one on church street in Conway is not! I did curbside pickup from the parking lot, waited almost 25 min for my food to be delivered to the car. Once I got home (which is only 5 minutes from the restaurant ) not only was my food wrong but it was all cold . So I decided to call the establishment and let them know the problems I had with my order. A gentleman answered the phone I told him that I had just left the restaurant from a curbside pick up, & what issues I had he basically didn’t not believe me & let me know my order was 30 minutes old so of course it was cold. I’ve been trying to explain to him that yes my order was 30 minutes ago because I sat in the parking lot for 25 minutes and it took me five minutes to drive home he still did not believe me. I asked if he was a manager he said yes I said can I speak to the main manager he said I am the main manager I’m a director and I do not have a manager over me clearly this gentleman does not know about customer service or how to talk to people I will not return to this restaurant I wasn’t looking for my money back I wasn’t looking for free food I was just letting them know that I had an issue with my food because I love Chick-fil-A and I have been a loyal customer...
