Bojangles — Restaurant in Conway

Went thru drive thru. Spent over $36.00 there. We were given no Bo berry bisquits in our order, 6 were missing, and I asked for all dark meat in the family pack. Opened the box, breast, wings, thighs, and drumsticks!! It was mixed. Best part was, when I called to inform the manager of the mistake an d that we were already home, he said, "Come on back..." & repeatedly asked me how many bisquits I got... as if I was lying. He kept saying, "So you didnt get any???" Thanks "Chris"! You sure know how to treat your customers!! We will not return back to your store, and you can keep your bisquits now!! Please learn how to speak to customers!!! That's 4 kids at 9:30 at night, & I live a good 30 mins from this particular store... I don't appreciate your tone or how you continuously questioned me after I heard the young lady tell the 4 cars in front of us that your store was "out of bisquits and offering Bo berries (or fries) in their place", and got my kids all excited! Just shows that you had no clue or communication with your crew last night. Disappointing. We passed a Chic-fil-a, zaxbys, kfc, and a few others on the way home- and let our kids choose, so it was Bojangles in Conway!!! May want to remember that before you turn away another customer who brings a crew to feed each time!! :( I understand mistakes happen, but you basically accused me of lying over 6 biscuits, and that I did...

We've been to Bojangles restaurants a number of times and have enjoyed a number of items on their menu. So when I learned that Bo was throwing their hat in the BBQ ring, I knew that sooner or later this BBQ Lover was going to try it.

That chance came on a Thursday evening just before 9. There was no line at the drive through, but the staff was still on their game. The team member that took my order was extremely friendly, polite and best of all, clear. I ordered the Pulled Pork BBQ sandwich and a Sweet Tea. They filled the order quickly and we were on our way.

The Pulled Pork BBQ was good. The BBQ was on the dry side and could've been helped by some tangy pepper vinegar sauce. I couldn't detect any hint of smoke and didn't see any bark either. To sum it up, the BBQ reminded me of good pork but from a Crock-Pot slow cooker.

All in all, It's a decent addition to their menu which I would probably get when stopping at Bojangles in the future. This is a fast food restaurant, after all, specializing in chicken, I give them credit for giving me a decent...

I recently visited Bojangles and had an outstanding experience that I felt compelled to share. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained.

What truly set this visit apart, however, was the exceptional service I received from an employee named Chloe. She went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of, handling my order with efficiency, professionalism, and a genuine smile. Chloe made the effort to confirm my order was correct and even checked in to make sure everything met my expectations—a level of care that can sometimes be hard to find in fast food establishments.

As always, the food was fresh, hot, and flavorful. Bojangles’ signature chicken and biscuits never disappoint, and this visit was no exception. Combined with Chloe’s exemplary service, the overall experience left a lasting positive impression.

If you're looking for a quick meal with top-notch customer service, I highly recommend stopping by this Bojangles location. Kudos to Chloe and the team for making my visit...
