I have never experienced anything like what I experienced at this restaurant that I have ever been to like I did Friday afternoon. When I arrived with my daughter & elderly father we were very excited bc my 10 year old had not eaten at a buffet in a very long time & loves everything Chinese & Japanese. We were a little disappointed that the hibachi was closed but looked at the items on the buffet & decided to stay anyway. We all had one plate. One mine particularly I had 3 pieces of sweet & sour chicken, 2 of general chicken with the sesame seeds & 2 pieces without the the seeds. (Not looking up the names & spelling). Also pork fried rice & a slice of sweet potato. First thing I tried was the sweet potato it was cold on the inside. Went to the sweet & sour chicken it was cold. a good mam. father he spitting his food back in the napkin mumbling the words “no good” . I touched him with my foot & whispered to him don’t say anything else it will discourage my daughter from eating her items. She doesn’t know the difference btwn good & bad Chinese food. I quietly took my plate to the front & asked if she was the manager she said yes. I proceeded to tell her that ever Was cold & no good she took me over yo the buffet & grabbed a sweet potato & stuck it to my arm yelling”It hot! It hot!!” It was VERY hot bc they had just brought some out. I should have went back to my seat & threw my hand up & said “nope it wasn’t. It was no good” . She came to our table saying “I hope you good mama! You seem like you not a very good mama! I just hope you are a good mama! She refused to take off JUST MY BUFFET but I wasn’t going to pay for it anyway but my father did instead. I’ve been in the hospitality industry for 20 years & I have never been treated like I was by this lady at this restaurant it was absolutely disgusting in the way she treats her customers. We had been there many many times but obviously we will never be back again. & I advise you to do the same unless they are extremely busy to ensure that the...

Read moreI WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 😒😩 This our first time and last. Our to go is in a Styrofoam container which will be cold by the time we get home to eat. Styrofoam containers are cheap and non-biodegradable. My fiancé asked for an extra fortune cookie and he was told he could only get two because their are only two guest. I’m sure one extra fortune cookie will not break their bank. The General chicken sauce is really orange looking. This is what I always order at Chinese restaurants and it’s never looked that orange before. Although the egg roll was good however I ate it on the way home before it got cold. There where no napkins, disposable silverware, and no condiments (like soy, duck sauce, hot sauce). Any other time I’ve ordered to go there were at least a few packs in my bag. Lastly the egg rolls where thrown in the same box as my General Chicken on top of rice. Just a really BAD presentation of food. Now guess we’ll get us some plates, forks, and napkins and see...
