McDonald's — Restaurant in Conway

One of the worst service McDonalds ever. A couple days ago, I went inside to order. Took 5 minutes to even be acknowledged and behind the counter there were children running around playing, the workers were having a party just hugging each other, speaking in foreign languages, an adult man playing with the ICEE machine as if it was a toy, a worker in a blue shirt (whom I thought would be the manager) on the phone having a good time, laughing, speaking in a foreign language too. Then when I finally got attention, the worker was sorta aggressive with me ''What do you need''. Instead of ''Hi sir, welcome to McDonalds, what can I get for you''. And these people want 15.00 an hour hahaha. By the way, this and the semoran locations are the closest locations to the airport, so you would think if anywhere, it would be locations closest to the airport that would perform their best. Especially by an airport that are on the list of ''World's busiest airports'' ranked 7th. Also, 59.3 Million people visited Orlando in 2021. That number is just going to get higher. Tourists like customer service!! But what this McDonalds and ALL the McDonalds locations on Semoran do not have is customer service. Either train your workers better, so they act professional, or sell to someone that will! Because this is an embarrassment to the Orlando name! Also, a lot of those people coming to Orlando, are tourists from other countries. So, for some, this is the first city they see in America. So, you're not just representing McDonalds or Orlando. Worst experience ever! Will placing my order on the drive-thru the cashier was rude and unprofessional (even talking to her self on the mic and wen I asked what she said , she rudly replied that she wasn't talking to me) I finish it the whole order including two coffees one large 1 medium when I get to the vent I paid she is still rude went to the second vent pick up my order and they didn't gave me one of the coffee the large one I asked it for the coffee and they said that the lady didn't charge me for it so I said okay I want the coffee they said they will not going to give me the coffee on till I go around and start the whole line again I was shook I asked her why she couldn't give me my coffee that I will pay for it she said she cannot take orders on that vent so I told her well give me the coffee cuz it's not my mistake she refuses she tried to force me to go around what it was a huge line a again I asked her the reason why they don't want to sell me or gave me the coffee she said that it was taking too long in the clock ,so I asked her do you think you are not putting more time in your clock while refusing to sell me something that I already order ? after going back and forth and the cars beeping behind me even 4 oh them leaving their foods she decides to sell me the coffee I asked for the manager's name because she talked to me and they refused to give me also...

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. I was completely alone with not a single other customer in the store and I stood in line for 10 minutes and workers walked by several times and never even acknowledged me. I could hear them laughing and joking around in the back and I could see 1 person on their phone that walked by me going in the back. When the manager finally came out he actually argued with me saying it was my fault because I didn't ring the bell lol. So you see a customer with a McDonald's receipt standing at the counter and nobody thought to ask if he's been helped or anything? A young lady came out the back and started getting mouthy and running her mouth while repeatedlypushingthe bell all while saying, look how easy it is. . It seems like this McDonald's is run by children with extremely bad attitudes. I wouldn't come back here and I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. HORRIBLE Service and bad attitudes all around.
