Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Conway

The worst. Never got my food. Delivery driver lied said she called my phone. She did not. I was staring at my phone, double-checked my phone, kept checking my door because its hard to hear in my room (which is why I say to call or text when here... I've had SOO many things delivered to me.. but when I do pizza hut there always seems to be a problem. Manager doesn't care and is rude. And the employees need to learn how to listen. Tried explaining to the guy on the phone the fact that they DO deliver to 1146 IF THEY DELIVER TO 1130 on 544 because 1130 IS IN THE SAME COMPLEX AS 1146, AND ITS NOT EVEN A BIG COMPLEX, its a semicircle shape for students. He wouldn't even direct me to someone who knew the situation. I won't order from this location again. I already just wasn't going to deal with them anymore because the pizza normally got here late anyways, and old looking. I also once got a taser pulled on me by one of the delivery folks here some time back. Why did I bother ever trying to eat here again you say? Because I love the stuffed crust. Every now and then I forget how much this place sucks, and I try order delivery here, hoping it would be better than before. I haven't ordered pizza hut since last year in October because it sucks. I just really wanted stuffed crust pizza, or just the crust tbh because the pizza itself is normally kinda nasty, as said earlier. I don't know why they are the only pizza delivery folks around here that delivery stuffed...

Very poorly ran and operated. Every one in this place claims they are a GM. The entire operation needs to be retrained and re evaluated. I placed and paid for my order through the app. The number connected to my account belongs to my teenage daughter. They first claim the driver called my daughter's phone. Then one of many Gms claimed they called and talked to a man......I'm a single mom. They claim that the order was cancelled by some man they spoke to. I placed my order at 5:25 pm and it was scheduled to arrive at 7:45 pm at almost 8:00 pm i called to be confronted with this when i enquired as to where my order was. There was zero offering of returning my money, zero offering to return my points used and zero offer to make things better for me. All i received when i stated i still wanted my food and didn't cancel was well you can replace and repay your order. Leaving me very upset and angry and disappointed as i often order from this location. Usually for just my children. I would like to see actual action take place with this location. I am aware it is hard to find help in these times but work ethics should never be overlooked for a body to fill a void. I...

I will never go back! I ordered take out and waited over 45 mins past the time it gave me for my food to be ready. All I got was pasta! This place is nasty! Trash and liquid all over the floors inside, smoke and stench. No one greets you or says anything, you have to stop them to tell them what you want. On top of that, no one working in there was wearing gloves and they were all touching everything including the food! We watched a guy in there rub his nose and the grab breadsticks with his bare hands! Also ppl in there with long messy hair and no hair nets working over the food. This place is a disaster! The pasta was hard and overcooked with almost no sauce and the box had greasy fingerprints all over it when it was handed to me. I wanted my money back because I didn't have an appetite after going in there and seeing and smelling the place, but all they did was give me a free 2 liter when I dont even drink soda. Waste of money! Someone should call the health department...
