Terrible management. Horrible customer service from some of the people. We got in at 715pm. Maybe earlier. Didn’t have our food until 755! There were four people ahead of us. One lady at the register complained about this subway. While we were in line. She Asked the person working to call The manager. He did. It seemed to be resolved. They took three online orders ahead of us. Right as we were up to have our food made. Said someone will be with you soon after we were already waiting almost 20 mins. I’ve never ever waited this long at a subway!!! Turned out to be Ofer 45 min wait by the end!!!! Then two people came in behind us. One left. Another stayed. Clearly they saw the issues with the management. There were two men working. One was very polite with great customer service. The other one was rude and argumentative. We were calm and polite and didn’t complain until they started picking up all THE toppings instead of making our sandwiches. One guy started making the sandwiches. I asked for pickles. I was told they don’t have them. I said “it’s because u picked them up as I’m standing here ordering” he said “oh let me go grab some” then the other guy that was picking up toppings and putting them away at 747 pm....still....instead of getting the orders made for people in line. ... he started arguing with us. The guy making our sandwhich was polite and non argumentative. The other guy was so rude. He continued actually putting every thing away instead of taking care of customers. There was nothing. No sauces no toppings in the container. It looked like they were trying to close up. I said look “I got here at 715. I don’t even have my food. It’s 745. Ur putting away toppings in front me. Telling me I can’t have Them. That’s rude. I’ve been waiting. Why are you putting everything Away?”
I wasn’t going to complain. I was taking care of things on my phone anyways so didn’t mind the wait. The wait was ridiculous but whatever. When they started actually putting away toppings instead of making our food or taking care of the order for the person standing in line behind us ... that’s when I asked them to call the manager. One guy said he will give us the number. The other guy said they aren’t allowed. So we are leaving a review and plan to hopefully find a way to talk to the manager. Then the guy after we complained was polite and the other guy actually scolded him for it in front of us. This was the most odd experience I have had eating out in a LONG TIME!!! Terrible. I will go to any other subway or restaurant from now on. I used to give these guys a ton of business!!!! No more!!!!
Also they one sandwhich partially unwrapped. So weird!! Again. Never had this...
Read moreI have lived in Lake Nona for 10+ years and I have had some issues with this subway some I just let go or have learned to deal with. For one, they never have enough people working there so the lines can get extremely long.
Tonight at 9pm I ordered subway off of the Uber Eats app which was an ordeal to begin with, they don’t have the full list of items that they have (ie: chips, cookies, sauces, etc). I placed my order, which was a footlong cold cut combo and 6” Italian bar” and left notes for both sandwiches with the correct sauces to use and sides. We tried calling the restaurant 2-3 times to make sure the notes would be read but no one answered the phone. The order was “made” and delivered. When it arrived, we received two footlongs with ham and 1 cookie (we ordered 3). My husband drove back to subway to get the order fixed and to begin with the girl there Genesis, was rude. She attempted to remake the sandwiches, where she kept making them wrong. My husband tried to remind her of the notes however she ended up making 5 sandwiches wrong. When she moved on to fix the cookies, she asked for the one we had back and put it back into the cookie case even though my husband had already touched the cookie. My husband ordered his sub on Italian herb and cheese. When we got home. The sandwiches were still wrong and we called the store. When he asked her why the sub was on the wrong bread she said she made it on Italian instead of Italian herbs and cheese because they were out, however she did not say so prior to making the sandwich or after she handed it to him. She said she would not remake the sandwiches and that we would have to speak to a manager tomorrow. Meanwhile, we had to pay an Uber delivery fee for the wrong sandwiches wasted Gas and time to drive back to fix it to then still have the wrong order and on top of it deal with someone who had horrible customer service skills.

Read moreDisappointing experience, have been coming to this location often over the last 15 years living in the area and do not think I will be returning. One employee operating the store at 9am who clearly does not want to be there. There was two people in line before me, we watched as she slowly prepared sandwiches for an upcoming pickup order, then finally fulfilled first person’s order. After taking his payment, the oven timer rang and she then began slowly unloading bun trays onto bread racks and began preparing/sprinkling cheese on next load of buns for oven before even acknowledging the lady waiting in line in front of me. After watching this for a bit I finally decided to leave after waiting so long, she still hadn’t acknowledged lady in front of me when I left. Sorry but most of us do not have 30 minutes to order a quick service sandwich, especially during off/slow times for the restaurant. At the very least, please consider adding an additional employee for the am shift so you do not have paying customers walking...
