La Granja Lake Nona — Restaurant in Conway

We ordered takeout for the family, while the service at the counter was good, the food quality was a completely different story. We ordered $90 worth of food and only slightly enjoyed the Lomo saltado which was still pretty bland. We also ordered the FISH CEVICHE. After we got home I realized we were given the MIXED CEVICHE instead-which really wouldn’t have been a big deal EXCEPT it was rotten! I inspected it closely and noticed they had mixed old CLEARLY ROTTEN mushy shrimp with the fresh ceviche which ruined the whole $20 plate! The smell was unbearable, it went straight to the garbage. I’m Peruvian and I have eaten my fair share of ceviche and this was the absolute worst ceviche encounter. The kitchen needs to be more careful with handling foods which are meant to be slightly undercooked like ceviche before people get seriously ill. Sorry La Granja, I wanted to like you but,...

I eat a lot of peruvian food and been to a lot of peruvian restaurants. I use to go to la granja by lake underhill and decided to try this one since it's closer. We ordered lomo saltado which my husband said it was good and served him pretty well but I also ordered a ceviche which cost almost $19 and was served very little for that price. Other peruvian dine in restaurants charge max $17 and serve you more. The taste of the ceviche was not the best out there but its pretty good to calm cravings. While my husband got pretty full with his Lomo Saltado order, I on the other hand had to snack on my son's side of fries that thankfully I also ordered in size large. The fries were...

The employees were very nice to me and it's very clean and the lady even took my tray and dishes from my table when I was done. The food is presented well but it just doesn't taste very good. I gave it a try when it first opened and didn't like it. It's been a while so I thought I'd give it another chance. The chicken wrap was just okay. I had to add the jalapenos and onion plus hot sauces to get some flavor out of it though. It's just missing something (spice?). I love trying different types of food but this just isn't it. Also, the water from the fountain tastes terrible. They need a filter added to their system. I guess try it for yourself but it'll be a pass for me...
