I just had an appointment cancelled right now because I could not confirm my appointment, I understand that part but the receptionist was so rude in informing me when I showed up to my appointment, she said you don’t have an appointment here you must be at the wrong place and would not even bother to look for my chart, when I show my appt card she goes on to tell me that they sent me a text and I could not confirm because I lost my cell phone, and she tells me well we can’t see you until January, very insensitive and lack of customer service, people with lack of patient care should not work in healthcare period. If you are the front face of an office you should at least want to hire someone who is friendly, welcoming and wanting to do their job, she was not even attempting to reschedule me.
