Absolutely disgusted with the service, lack of integrity, transparency, and booking process. Spoke with someone about the process and ensured that everything was good to go while on the phone, paid money just to hang up and receive no email confirmation. Called back and got the run around just to be told I don’t qualify because of something that I would be doing off the resort with MY personal time. Had someone on the phone that was sweet and but the others I talked to was dismissive, unprofessional, and could clearly care less about helping me and my family. I had others that were looking to book but have been reverted elsewhere because at this point, I feel scammed. Highly disappointed and hoping that no one else has to experience this just for trying to create memories with their families. Customer experience is something that should not be taken lightly, and it’s a travesty that you can talk to different people in the same company and see that you are just another transaction. My trip was planned for tomorrow and I now have to disappoint my children and find elsewhere to travel, and the money that was so quickly taken has yet to be returned. Absolutely...

Great service. Got the time share and they upgrades my room on request at check in counter and gave me 2 bedrooms where my kids slept well and we had a full kitchen better than air bnb. Would recommend for families and parents with kids where they want to make their own food for kids and all spacious facility, rooms and all. All and all great resort luckily we got time share presentation which got finish in an hour and we get to eat some breakfast. If you get a deal I think this is a great resort less than five hundred US for a week I think...

Lily and her team are so wonderful!! I had to change my dates multiple times and she never made me feel she was irritated or annoyed. Every time I called and told her there was a red for a change she went above and beyond to ensure there were rooms available.
