I wouldn't recommend it. Spoiled Chicken.
My wife and I each ordered the chicken pad Thai. The first thing I noticed was that the noodle to chicken ratio was off (i.e. LOTS of noodles, not a lot of chicken). But that's no big deal as there was more than enough food to be full. The first thing I tried was the chicken. I noticed the texture was strange (spongy and tender, but not good tender). So I spit it out to make sure it was cooked. It looked ok so I decided to try another piece. Well, unfortunately, it was just bad chicken. It tasted almost like it was spoiled and had been cooked anyways. I asked my wife to try hers, same thing. Neither of us are picky eaters, but my wife regularly jokes that I will eat anything. Well that's pretty true, unless it's rotten. Our waitress was very friendly, and after we told her, the manager/owner came over and talked to us. She was also very nice. When we went to pay our ticket, the owner charged us full price for everything (appetizers, Thai tea & vegetable pad Thai which my wife ordered bc she was still hungry =$31), in spite of the fact that they had just served us rotten chicken. No big deal I guess; you pay for what you got. But then the owner hands us a coupon for $15 off our next purchase. With all due respect, that's bad business. On our first visit to your location, you serve us bad chicken, charge us like nothing happened and then give us a coupon for our "next" visit. Essentially, that $31 cost you a life-long customer. We just moved two miles from your location and we LOVE Thai food. So a minimum of once a week could have been expected. As the saying goes, penny rich and pound poor. 99% sure the bulk of the reviews are from employees, because while the service was good, the food was definitely nothing to write home about. And then there's...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUpdate: thought i would give this place another chance to support small businesses due to COVID-19. Im so confused how a restaurant forgets the main meat option in the fried rice and the veggies in a tom kha soup. Only order from this place if you want your order to be wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME.
This place is honestly one of my favorite orlando thai places, but unfortunately the management and service has become absolutely terrible. I dine here at least 1-2 times a month and I have ordered takeout from this place at least 10-15 times. My take out orders have been placed through the restaurant itself and uber eats and every single time the order has been wrong. Wrong orders became so routine that I had to double and triple check with the order taker that they had the order written down correctly and still it would be messed up. Recently, I made my last ever order through uber eats with clear directions (I even wrote to double check because the wrong things are always delivered) and they somehow managed to get 2/3 of the order wrong. I called and was told by the hostess that the manager would be in contact with me the next day and I would receive a credit and that of course never happened. Unfortunately, I have given this place way too many chances because it is the only local Lake Nona restaurant to get...

The food is exceptionalāfresh, flavorful, and always thoughtfully presented. Every dish Iāve tried bursts with unique, delicious flavors, and they regularly feature a special menu with creative new options that keep things exciting. The specials drinks and desserts options are amazing. Their vegan selections are particularly impressiveādelicious and satisfying even for non-vegans.
The staff and owner are incredibly welcoming and attentive. Service is consistently fast, friendly, and professional. The entire restaurant is spotless, which speaks volumes about the care and pride they put into everything.
Highly recommended for anyone who loves Thai cuisine or just great food in general. Durian Durian is a place youāll want to return to...
